Great Value

We were looking for a couple of replacement tv's to upgrade our older models for the bedroom and kitchen. This model was a perfect size and has worked great right out of the box. Ease of operation and the sound quality is good enough that no sound bar is required.

So frustrating

I can not keep the internet connected. It will work great for a week or so then lose it again. I have tried everything, even had my internet provide make sure that it was working right. I have to reset to factory settings each time and then in that process for about six times it will say it is the wrong password before it finally re connects and is good for another week.

Great TV in a small package!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the TV. Especially the size. It's a perfect size for our kitchen. Setup was easy. We purchased a wall mount bracket for the tv. Picture quality is excellent. We bought this tv because we have 4 Vizio Tvs in our house and we like them and they have worked awesome! Our oldest one is 8 years old. A couple things that I'm not too fond of is the response time of the controls and functions. It seems the TV processor is a little slow. So when you push a button on the remote, sometimes you wonder if it actually works or not. The other thing is there is no way to add apps through the Play Store. There are a couple of TV apps that I would like to add that I watch frequently on my other TVs to this one but cannot do it. There should also be a way to remove apps that you don't want to use or see to simplify the choices of what you want to watch. Other than that it's a great compact TV for the price.

Very pleased with the many app options

Great Tv, Perfect for dorm

Not really a Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this TV, but I'm returning it. I'd either have to have my cable company add a cable line so I can watch my locals channels, or get another TV. The price difference warrants another, better TV.

Superior Quality

It's quality is relative to the cheap cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the TV we put in our play area, and it's only really feasible for kids. It's pretty small, so difficult to watch very far away. The remote has no voice capabilities which makes it a pain to navigate, compared to something with voice. It gets very slow sometimes. I have to regularly do a factory reset and it's not from any physical abuse. Yesterday Netflix wouldn't navigate but Disney+ would, until a reset. For anything more that a playroom tv, I wouldn't use this, but the low cost makes it a valid solution if it's within reach of grubby hands

Nothing but trouble since purchased

I bought this tv 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but trouble. Three tv reboots to get apps to work, a full factory reset to get Smartcast to load and then the remote craps out and Vizio won't replace it. Terrible customer service & support. I'm returning this tv to exchange it for a different brand. I'll never, NEVER buy another Vizio product again.
