Port Design could be better.

The ports are to close together and you can't a plug in a firestick and gaming usb into the only 2 ports that came with the tv. Disappointed! I purchased a Vizio before and I really enjoyed the 40inch, not so much with the 32 inch.

Faulty remote control

One week after buying/delivery, the volume buttons on the remote do not work. Could I please get a replacement remote? I feel either that is fair. Otherwise, I will have to return the TV for a full refund.

Please disconnect the TV from power for 5 seconds, then reconnect the TV to power, power the TV on and power cycle the remote. To power cycle the remote, remove the batteries from the back of the remote. With the batteries removed, please press every button on the remote a couple of times each. Then place the batteries back into the remote, make sure the backing is on securely, and test to see if the remote is now working.
