Vizio 32 Smart Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those of you that can set up electronics so easily, I envy you. For those of us that are not technically inclined, I for one don't like to change to the newest products because the idea of trying to set it up is a nightmare. This television came in, I looked at it for awhile, then called around to see if I could get someone to set it up. Of course no one was available. I took a deep breath, turned it on, followed the instructions, and it was up and running in no time. This is absolutely amazing. After sitting there in shock for awhile, I started going through the different things available. Everything came up and worked easily and fast. The picture is very crisp and clear. Going from one site to another is easy and goes very quickly. I have to say, I called a lot of my friends, who are the same as I am with technology and told them about this television. I think there will be a run on them at our local store. This is a great television and they seemed to have realized a lot of people need this type of product. I say thank you, you made my day. I very highly recommend this product.

Short-Life TV

I've had Vizio TVs before, so I know it's a good brand. This one was a re-furbished or whatever the term is. I got it in June of last year and constantly had problems, constantly had to call for help, and before I had it a year it just wouldn't come on one day. This TV should have been replaced for me long ago. I feel like I spent more time trying to get it to work than I did actually watching it.

Vizio used to be a good brand. What happened????

Pure crap. Garbage. I have had 3 different Visio TVs. One froze, then died. The other showed a blue screen, then went black, then blue, then black. That’s all. The last one would turn itself off. Then you would have to unplug it and plug back up to get it to come back on. It just died yesterday. All of these TVs were less than 2 years old!!

Great Display and Apps

Under powered, slow and clunky interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1. The onboard processor is very slow. 2. WiFi is 2.4 Ghz. Cannot support 5 Ghz. 3. Menuing system is very "clunky" and hard to use. 4. Does not have an ethernet port, even though online specifications/product descriptions indicated the presence of an ethernet port. 5. This all may be a result of the model I purchased. You may have a more expensive model that addresses all of these defiiciencies.

Vizio D-Series 24 inch Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this tv for the master bedroom. I was so impressed that I immediately bought a second one for the guest bedroom. Since the 2nd bedroom does not have a cable hook-up, I'm thankful that I am able to take advantage of all the apps provided.

Could be better

I was gifted my Vizio Smart TV and every other month I have problems after turning it on. I chose live tv and get a "spinning wheel" that stays for a very long time even after the sound comes through. I have to reset to factory settings and set up the tv all over again. I, myself, would have never bought it but as stated, it was a gift.

Great little TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 6 yr old to go into her room. It came pre-loaded with all the streaming apps she loves to watch - so it was a huge win! The 24" size is perfect for her room and sits on her bookshelf super easy without taking up too much room. Set-up was a breeze and have absolutely no issues! Great deal!!

I really like the vizio tv

Every other tv company has the Newsmax plus app. This is a major reason I got the tv but it’s not there. If it’s not gonna be added I will have to switch to a different tv

It's just okay...fine for kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well the TV I purchased is just okay, I suppose. The built in media streamer UI is painfully slow on my TV. To which I'm not to sure if it's just a flaw in my TV specifically or just the model in general. The menu options are just okay too. Nothing special on it's own.one of my main nit-picks is you can't turn off some of the native VIZIO inputs. My children sometimes accidentally place the TV on these other inputs and get stuck until an adult comes along to fix it for them. I mostly just use this TV as a monitor for my Google TV media streamer. As a TV for young children to occasionally stream shows and play video games it's fine for them at the price I payed for. If this TV was for my own personal use I'd return it a long time ago.
