Vizio D series smart tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this from my brother for a Christmas present 2 years ago. Just recently been having many issues with the tv power button wont appear or the tv shuts off or freezes? Smarcast not working properly had to perform a Reset of the tv and problems still continuing? Was fine for about 2 years now not working positively?

Good picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this TV now that I got it to connect. It first was rebooting over and over. I finally googled some help and the trick worked. Sound, picture is very good. Its exactly the size I needed for the space. Im happy with my purchase.

Amazing features and great tv overall. My #1 pick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this months ago bc my other Vizio tv accidentally feel and broke so we upgraded to this one. And the picture and sound are amazing. We play lots of video games and the picture is clear as a water.

Like D type but

Over the last year, this my second D type 32”. I like the extra channel option for I use two signal inputs (OTA and cable). The problem I have is tuner locks up and or display picture or sound. Change the channel then go back it comes on. Like the first Visio, I have to unplug the tv to even respond. Now the dvd player I have the tuner will not recognize it but unplug the tv and restart it will. This happens all the time so I use a power strip to turn off easier. I like the TV but I really do not want to purchase a new Visio and the same thing like this in the new TV.

Software Package Lacking

I bought this small TV to have a mobile ability and move it around the house easily. I have Comcast (Xfinity) which is not a minor bit player in streaming services. When I tried to load Xfinity Stream on the TV, I discovered you can't. You have to have a streaming device (Firestick or other) which defeats the purpose. Crazy that Vizio doesn't include that in their baseline of services. It wouldn't be hard. So, I am returning the TV and getting an ONN Roku which has the software available. If you have to add a Firestick, you have a 4 inch device sticking straight out the back that also must be plugged into a power source. And it drastically changes the pricing value.

Purchase with caution

Automatic software update caused tv malfunction. Due to tv being out of warranty (7 months post 1 year warranty) vizio could not provide a sufficient resolution. Only offer $40.00 rebate once I purchased another Vizio tv. I declined and purchased another tv from a more reputable company.

Amazing.,Great quality, user friendly, and afordib

Back to Vizio. Great. Bang for your buck. And. Havmt had. Any. Problems. With any of them. I have purchased over the years. Definitely. Will. Stick with them. When. It’s time to upgrade. Again.

new to Vizio bought 24in smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought to replace regular TV. I thought setup a little confusing and remote was very small for trying to navigate. Also no screws to attach feet having to just prop tv up at angle so as not to fall effected sound since speakers are on bottom..do not know size or thread size to buy necessary screws. . still gave 4 ☆s. because these issues my be" just being me.." things always happen to me..yet no screws and apparent small remote are issues.

Nice features needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like most if the features with the exception of not being able to do a device connect with Android phones as you can with the iPhone. I'm not an iPhone user nor will I ever. I can't promote a TV that only allows screen capture with iPhones only. There is the Putin to buy hdmi adapters to use an android phone but I have experienced compatability issues with it disconnecting while screen mirror is active.
