Purchase with caution

Automatic software update caused tv malfunction. Due to tv being out of warranty (7 months post 1 year warranty) vizio could not provide a sufficient resolution. Only offer $40.00 rebate once I purchased another Vizio tv. I declined and purchased another tv from a more reputable company.

Great little TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 6 yr old to go into her room. It came pre-loaded with all the streaming apps she loves to watch - so it was a huge win! The 24" size is perfect for her room and sits on her bookshelf super easy without taking up too much room. Set-up was a breeze and have absolutely no issues! Great deal!!

Excellent for Our Needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 weeks ago for our new Fifth Wheel Trailer bedroom. We have limited space for a TV. This fit perfect for our needs. The picture is excellent, set up was extremely easy, and the sound is very good. The price was Very Reasonable. If you decide to purchase this television, you will not be disappointed.

Great Little TV

Good TV, but input button on remote is touchy.

Got this for a Christmas gift, older competitor TV wouldn't support use of a sound bar, so decided to replace it. The picture is great, easy set up, but the input button on the remote is extremely sensitive, the input selection jumps from HDMI 1 to HDMI2 frequently, simply when turning the set on. Mildy annoying but not serious. Still would recommend.

I need a new tv

I loved my 32 inch Vizio tv I bought 3years ago. But, one day we had electrical problems in the park I was at and power was off and on all day. Tv was on a surge protector so don’t believe that could have been the problem but power was fully restored my tv would not turn on anymore. Did all the checks,resets and everything else but to no avail. Now I’m going in am to get a new one only 40” Vizio this time.

Nice picture and sound, but not user-friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to be honest - I had never heard of Vizio until our daughter and son-in-law purchased one for us after we had lost everything in a tornado. I think they bought this tv just because it was available and fit the cabinet space. In any case, it works okay and the picture and sound are fine. But the user interface is not user-friendly. We have used this tv for over a year now and I'm still figuring out how to work it. I even had to reset it to the manufacturer's original settings not long ago to get some things to work. We have had to unplug and re-plug several times as well. I will not purchase a Vizio in the future unless they can figure out how to make it easier to use.

EASY TO SET UP !

Big View on a Small Screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older television for my bedroom--I already have a slightly older version in my kitchen--but it has become my office TV/Video Monitor/Video Conference Device. I am very pleased with the versatility, size and quality. My only wish is to be able to use this for Zoom along with headphones (hint, hint).

A Lot of Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is loaded with features but I have frequently had trouble accessing different inputs. I have problems with turning on the TV without unpluging it. I was considering buying a diferent TV but after updates were unstalled automatically I haven't had the problems. Maybe they are solved. The pictire is very good and the remote is easy to use.
