I bought it in 2017 it has always worked good. Now it does not suck up anything can I fix that? I'm pretty sure it had a 1 year warranty

Have had this for 3 days.does a excellent job of pick up. Major problem...Will not return to base when low battery or when you use the remote to tell it. Price was great on sale. Shipping was very fast.
