I received this as a gift for graduation and it was the best gift I've ever gotten! I have really thick hair and shed a lot and also have a long haired cat who sheds just as much! This vacuum takes care of all of it and makes my life so much easier!

I bought this vacuum 2 years ago and still works like the first time. Does an amazing job cleaning. Love the app and the ability to schedule the cleaning routines of the Deebot.

I bought this a few years ago and loved it so much I bought another one for my guest house. Really does a great job. I was surprised at how much power it has.

Everyone it is in cleaning mode within 5 minutes or less the side brushes come off and do I don't get as good of a clean as I should. I've tried replacing them but it doesn't make a difference.

I bought n79w in Nov 2018. It stopped going under furniture. I cleaned the front bumper and cleaned all hair, but it still turn around every time it sense something above it. I even held a book above it and it turned around. What should I do?

I have only had this a week and it gets stuck under my refrigerator. I loved it , it was quiet and worked well. I am sad that i have to return this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the N79 for Christmas last year and have been very impressed. Our house is mostly wood floors and this vacuum has kept them nearly spotless for the last year. Works like it should.

Worthless,it doesn't connect to 5g internet,which makes the app useless,it's very noisy.

I love it, it's just that sometimes it takes a long time to return to the charging dock and the app needs some improvement.
