We have two big dogs (golden retriever and German Shepherd) who shed constantly and we were having to vacuum everyday. We got the Deebot and it did a better job of cleaning our tile floors than our special pet fur shark vacuum. There is also an app that can be used to control the unit instead of the remote, and you can set a timer for cleaning. We have never had a problem with the bin getting too full; it packs it in! We had a problem with our original unit spinning in circles and giving us a bumper malfunction. I called customer service and they gave me a few trouble shooting pointers, no hassle. Those didn't work, so they sent us a whole new unit and asked us to send back the old one when we got it. The new one works great and the shipping/Change our was at no cost to us!

We have wood floors through most of the house and keeps them clean. We have it on a schedule to run 3 times a week and I just runs around until the battery is low and goes back home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hesitant at first, but at that price point it was a great deal. It connects well with the app and responds to app commands instantaneously. Not as loud as I was expecting and, for an owner of 3 dogs, it has kept the house tidy regularly.

My wife and I don't have time to vacuum or sweep regularly. So I bought this little bot to help me out. He runs on our hard floors, carpets, and rugs with no issues. Transitions great between floor types. Picks up the pet hair wonderfully. He runs on a weekly routine. Cleans until the battery is low and then goes back to the charging station. Floors look so much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is a great value for the money and it does a good job. My only issue with it is the Alexa integration needs to be improved. Alexa should be able to send every command to the Deebot that remote control does.

I rarely have to vacuum the main floor of my home these last 2 months. Time to get another one for upstairs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased in Dec 2018. Loved the Deebot. It died in Aug. 2019. Deebot helped and warrantied it and sent me a new one. Deebot was easy to work with. The worst part was not having Deebot for 2.5 weeks waiting on warranty.

My only two complaints are that I wish the dust bin inside of it was bigger so that it could collect more dust before having to be emptied, and I wish it were "smarter" and more methodological in going through all my rooms and finding its recharge station. However, I understand that both of these features would probably significantly increase the price to manufacture such a device, so I'm very happy with the product at its current price point.
