I've tried a wide variety of Irish whiskies here in the US and in Ireland. The Black Barrel is easily one of the smoothest as well as being one of the best buys for Irish whisky. Can't beat the quality for the price.

I love Jameson. I have a glass or two over an ice cube nearly every night. I was gifted a bottle of Black Barrel last Christmas and, wow! What a nice change without being dramatic. So smooth.

Honestly I am not a huge whiskey fan but Jameson Black Barrel is so smooth with a little sweet vanilla flavor and a hint of wood/smokiness, that even non whiskey drinkers can't complain. I mix it with Sprite instead of cola.

I think this is gross. It just doesnt taste good to me, and is not appetizing at all. The square bottle style isnt bad for standing out amongst others on the shelf.

It is warm and intoxicating, filled with intrigue as it sits on your tongue and warms the belly staving off the chills from a broken heart...after all, who needs love anyways when you can drink Jameson instead. Not I!

My wife and I enjoy a glass or two of Jameson Black Barrel on Friday afternoons. We started this tradition as the cap to a working week and we continue to do so as we are retired.

This is my favorite whisky. I bought this for a friend for his birthday. It’s worth every penny you spend on it. One of the smoothest whiskies I have ever had.

I always been a fan of Jameson but black barrel takes the smooth whiskey flavor to a whole new level. No mixer need for this high quality drink. Straight up on the rocks is the only way to enjoy this wonderful elixir.

I love Jameson Black Barrel. This is my favorite Irish whiskey by far. Love it straight out of the bottle... no ice or soda needed! I enjoy all of Jameson's whiskeys, but this is The One!
