I ordered the door on line and wasn't quite sure of how things would go. A couple of days later I got a call from the door manufacture. They settled all my thoughts. They made sure the size was right and that I knew how to get all the teck data for the installation. In about two weeks a local suppler called to say my door was in and they could deliver any time. I said bring it to me and they did. They told me that if I had any trouble to call them that they were only a few miles away. I called a friend and in a day or so we had the old door out and the new door in. The instructions could use a little simplification but with a little study every thing went good. The hing design and door seems are the best. You can't get pinched by them. The door balanced so well you can lift it with one finger and it will stay in any position. What a joy. No load on the motor and a very smooth roll up and down. This door is so much stronger than my old door. I think it will out last me and maybe even the house. Thank you all for making my first roll up install so fun. Even the neighbor who helped me said he had fun also. Thanks Again

I have 2 older doors. This one I ordered for 170MPH, what a nice door. The outside matched the older 2 doors, but the interior design has greatly improved. very satisfied. I installed with no issued exact fit.

Ordering the door online was super easy. I was able to pick the options that I wanted for a really great price and it was delivered right to my door. They communicated with me throughout the whole process.

I'm very happy with the Amarr garage door we purchased. We needed a 16' x 8' door with windows, which was harder to find than the more common 16' x 7' door. The delivery was faster than advised on the online order. The delivery guy was courteous and helpful. All the hardware needed was included. We were able to use our original tracks without having to remove them and install the new tracks which were included in the shipment. A previous review mentioned the hardware is cheap, but our installer (my son) said, "Of course the hardware isn't going to be as heavy as the original hardware from the 70's, but the hardware included is perfectly fine." Our old door was heavy wood which needed to be painted every few years. This door will never need painting. Yay! The new door is much lighter and quiet while at the same time much more energy efficient. I would highly recommend this door.

I am a contractor and I had ordered a door from a local DIY store. Man what a nightmare that was, when it arrived it was damaged. Second time 4 weeks later same thing so I was really frustrated and looking for other options and on a whim tried Sam’s. They had them but I was a little skeptical about buying a garage door from them. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. It arrived ahead of schedule, right to the job site at no extra cost. My only complaint was that an instruction manual was not included. I was able to download one on my phone and a few hours later the door and opener were installed and operating perfectly. The door seems to be well made and should last a long time. Couldn’t be happier.

I bought this a while back and love it! Difficult to install and arrived with missing parts. The missing parts took weeks to arrive so that was a bummer too. I’m so happy now though!
