It has many awesome features but the best one are screen and autofil pitcher. Auto fill pitcher is really so much convenient,once I started using it I am not going back. The screen has so many features , the star one is AI. It's amazing it captures every product and you can put expiry date and also order. The screen also provides great resource for videos and recipe watch. So far I use it two times and it perfect assist. The screen shows energy consumption, also can set temperature easily from outside. The middle section can be easily adjusted to presets temperature for various needs. The ice cubes in freezer also has scoop and it's so convenient. Also, it has auto-open door. I have now started using this feature all the time, just touch and it opens. The doors easily store 2 gallons in my 23 cubic ft one. It feels spacious for a 23 cubic one. I am really glad I waited for all these features and feels a great convenient upgrade. It also has low noise compared to my old fridge, and it has an option to turn off ice making at night time right from the screen. I really happy with this refrigerator. It's so cool, Samsung is by miles ahead in technology and convenient features.

Just giving it some time and seeing if this is normal or I have to see what’s wrong with it. Pretty cool to have the features on it like the photos of your food, opening the door by touch, and the touch screen. I would’ve liked a bigger screen like the older model they have. Overall, very nice and absolutely love it.

The sleek French Door Refrigerator features AI Family Hub. The touchscreen is a little too small but it is very easy to use. You can download the app was really quick and easy and both refrigerator and app where easy to navigate through and access your fridge like see food items, change temp settings, automatic opening of your main, auto refill of the pitcher, ice setting cube or bite size, lighting, sound. It can also be connected to amazon music, weather, Samsung TV, Recipes, and Ring Cameras, etc. which makes cooking and cleaning a bit easier. The beverage station is really easy to use and provides quick and easy access to filtered water, auto refill of the pitcher that makes getting cold filtered water for multiple people at once. The shelves are easy to adjust and the versatility of large and small bins on the doors, all very simple top remove for cleaning... The other drawer offers easy access to quick foods and or drinks especially for kids. the freezer is quite large in size with 2 bins on the bottom and drawer above that has space for food and bin that holds two different sized ice cubes with a little scooper for the ice. I am not disappointed at all; I highly recommend this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I say that loving our new Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with AI in a “family affair”, because my mom turned me on to this fabulous appliance. I didn’t know it was even possible to be in love with an inanimate object, but that’s where I’m finding myself these days! I am an adult, single mom living downstairs in my parents walk out basement with my own daughter. My mom initially owned the previous Samsung Bespoke model (without the AI) and she would brag ALL the time about this refrigerator. After utilizing many of the functions, I began to understand what all the raving was about. She was able to have a self-filling filtered pitcher of water on hand all the time, she had bite size and regular size ice cubes a plenty and the massive size of this fridge was the best of all! She used the “flex drawer” for deli (meats, cheeses and miscellaneous); therefore she had a ton of room in the rest of the fridge to store everything else. She cooks as a way to show her love , so I can honestly say that this refrigerator’s large size was well used! Anyway, I don’t know that anyone was more surprised to hear she was replacing this fridge; especially since, it was only a few years old and in excellent condition! It all made sense though once I understood that she was not really changing, but simply upgrading her beloved fridge. Even better was the fact that my parents chose to give me the “old” one! I use it downstairs and I can’t even be jealous of her updated version; although I am eager to have the added features that she has with the AI and family hub! She hasn’t even tapped into the full potential offered by her new refrigerator’s AI abilities, but I would!!! It has a really cool AI camera that tracks everything that goes in or out of the fridge. It would be nice to be able to simply use the menu, label the type/name of food and enter its best by date. I would know at the click of a button, what is expiring, expired or simply know I need to pick up fresh while at the grocery store! It’s absolutely mind blowing the potential! Anyway, after living with apartment furnished refrigerators or hand me down fridges for all my adult life, I’m on top of the world now owning a Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with a flex drawer! The next best thing will be owning this model with AI that I get to use occasionally now.

We've found the inventory tracking system, which also alerts us to items nearing their expiration dates, to be incredibly helpful in minimizing food waste. It’s a smart way to ensure we use our groceries before they spoil. Another feature we absolutely love is the dual ice maker. Having two different types of ice—one for everyday beverages and another that's perfect for cocktails—is a brilliant design choice that we appreciate daily. Overall, we are thoroughly delighted with this refrigerator. The aesthetic is modern and sophisticated, and the build quality is evident. It’s clear that considerable attention was paid to both the physical design and the intuitive software. We've consistently been impressed with the design and quality that Samsung brings to its products and their accompanying software, and this refrigerator is no exception. It’s spacious, cools efficiently, and the smart features are impressive. It can track what you put inside, take photos of the interior, and even lets you watch YouTube on the display. The AI adjusts settings based on usage and sends helpful alerts through the SmartThings app. The FlexZone adds great versatility. My only complaint is the shelf quality—especially in the ice compartment, where they feel a bit flimsy. Still, a solid 4/5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is definitely an upgrade from what I had! There are so many Smart features that make this useful. My son is in awe of being able to watch YouTube on the refrigerator but I’m impressed by the management of food that is captured by the camera in the fridge. It helps being able to know at a glance of the screen what’s in the refrigerator and the date it was placed in there. The beverage door is a nice addition; however, it took me a couple days to be able to open it on the first try. My son and I would both use the designated handle for the beverage door but it would open the entire door. We’ve figured out how to jiggle it a little to make sure just the beverage door opens. It should not be as difficult as it is! I like that the beverage center has a pitcher that can be autofilled with cold water and my son likes being able to use the spout to directly fill his glass. The dual ice maker is a neat feature but it took a couple days to actually work. I had to lower the temperature on the freezer for it to begin making ice. It’s nice to have two different sized ice depending on what drink is being had or which container is being used. The FlexZone drawer is nice. Right now, I’m storing bread in there but could also see it being used for other items that may not need the same temperature as the refrigerator or freezer, since the temperature for the drawer can be adjusted. With the Twin Cooling Plus and Metal Cooling technologies, I’m sure that is why my food tastes much fresher. My son noticed that the carrots were much crisper than usual. There are still many features that I’m discovering with the LCD display screen. I still have yet to discover the recipes from the items in my fridge but that is going to helpful to try out new recipes. The screen and black doors around it does get fingerprints easily on it and has to be wiped off frequently. There is a sensor you can turn on for the fridge doors to open with placing your hand under the sensor and that is very handy for when I’m cooking and my hands may be dirty. All in all, I’m satisfied with this fridge and would recommend it to others.
