There’s lots to like here! Pluses: Sleek Monolithic Design with changeable panels as in other Samsung Bespoke Appliances. It’s a beautiful - ultra-clean refrigerator design. The removable panels enable you to easily change the finish and color, adapting to or to freshening up, your kitchen. Surprisingly usable capacity, considering it's a 23 cu.ft. Counter Depth Refrigerator. Everything is laid out well UV Deodorizing Filter works well. Beverage Center is useful and allows quick access to water and a pitcher to take out, while keeping the exterior design clean. Ice Maker works well, making good-looking and plentiful ice. Whiskey Ball Icemaker is AMAZING and a must for any “On The Rocks” drinker. Auto-Open is VERY useful and allows you to open the doors with the slightest touch of a small lit sensor located at the base of each refrigerator door. Excellent interior lighting makes it easy to find items. The back of the interior of the refrigerator is finished in a premium brushed stainless steel finish, said to help keep the fridge cool while the doors are open. Door bins easily hold gallon milk containers, making it easy to get and replace. Plastic trim around the perimeter of the doors will hold magnets to keep the front clean. We use it to hold the Magnetic Alexa Remote Control. Integrated to Alexa and Google Home seamlessly via SmartThings App - albeit with limited functionality. Everything worked and paired the first time with no hiccups, which is rare! Minuses: You will need to get accustomed to the handleless design to minimize fingerprints. The handles are in a slot between the fridge and freezer doors. Closing doors is a bit more challenging due to this design. It would be cool if it had an Auto-Close function to make this easier. I found the “smart” features very limited in usefulness. The smart item inventory and expiration tracking features are limited in their usefulness due to the lengthy process of initially cataloging items. The app should include a barcode reader/scanner to make it more user-friendly for cataloging items. Bixby voice control doesn’t operate the auto door open function, which would be one of the only useful voice control features. I wish the beverage center also managed the ice, but I’ve had that design in the past, only to have issues, so I get it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator a few weeks ago, and must say there has never been any buyer's regret or remorse on our decision. We went for the sleek design for our modernized our kitchen and this fridge offered a unique dash of personality. I love how it’s fit into its cabinetry space while still offering spacious storage within. The stainless finish is amazing. Its 4 doors integrates separate piles of groceries, leftovers, beverages, and frozen stuff with ease, and I have no more a cluttered fridge. The old fridge we got with the home was small with less space and is aesthetically dull. The freezer was easy to use and simple with a spacious layout, while the access drawers allow a simple retrieval of frozen items with no sticking needed. In an addition to all the other functions, it does run quietly, which is an asset in our open style house. the lights are bright but not blinding, and the adjustable a door shape is a great feature. The design, efficiency, and smart details all scream for this refrigerator. like you see my kids had a blast putting all their travel magnet collection over it already, and we still got ample space for more to add later. It is not very common to find fridges in the modern take, reliable, as well as art pieces, very few exist, and this is definity one of them.

I’m very happy I did. Transitioning from my previous 29 cu. ft. fridge to this 23 cu. ft. counter-depth fridge was much easier than expected, thanks to the more efficient use of space. No more having things "disappear" into the back of the fridge where they’re difficult to see or reach. Everything is well-organized and easy to see, especially with the fantastic interior lighting. All the shelves and interior compartments are very easy to remove and clean. The auto-open doors are a cool addition, though I occasionally trigger them accidentally. Still, they’re very cool nonetheless. The beverage center is a welcome feature, though it’s been around for a while. What I was really excited about was the freezer, where I no longer have to deal with the dreaded freezer drawer. Stacking everything in my previous freezer drawer was quite annoying, but now, with this new fridge, everything is easily accessible, organized, and a massive quality-of-life improvement. The best change, hands down, has to be the ice maker—it's now located in the freezer, which hopefully means it will last much longer. I’m also thrilled about the whiskey ball ice, which will be greatly enjoyed when hosting gatherings. Lastly, this fridge has the new AI-hybrid cooling technology with an AI inverter, and so far, it’s performing well. I’m happy to see improvements in efficiency, and I hope this enhances longevity as well. Overall, I’m very pleased with the improvements Samsung has made. I’m really enjoying this fridge and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient, sleek, and cool (no pun intended) refrigerator.

The design is sleep and modern. The counter depth feature will bring a crisp and clean look to any kitchen. My favorite features are the two different types of ice cubes and the built-in water jug. I also appreciate having the water dispenser on the inside of the door. The refrigerator and freezer are spacious and offer plenty of room to store groceries. I love the functionality of the four-door feature.

The storage space is unreal! Not only is the fridge space huge but the freezer is so well thought out. I love how the doors open vertically rather than the traditional horizontal style. There is also additional shelving in the freezer which is perfect for any frozen drinks and treats. I love how the filtered water and pitcher is hidden behind the door, giving the fridge a sleek and modern design! My favorite feature has to be how easy it was to connect to our wifi. I have a Samsung phone and the Smart Things app found the fridge as soon as it was plugged it. This app made it seamless to connect to the wifi, and adjust the settings without having to use the internal panel on the inside or the fridge. I'm so impressed with the fridge and highly recommend it if you're in the market for a new one.

I was needing a new fridge and never thought it was all I ever really wanted in a refrigerator! I don't think there is anything I would change. It is a sleek fridge and being counter depth without the handles sticking out, it truly gives so much extra space in my kitchen!! The icemaker is super cool with 2 types of ice...the whiskey ball ice cubes keeps my water cold all day long in my tumbler! And the water pitcher that self fills and you can infuse fruits right in the pitcher...oh la la!!! I feel spoiled!! There is more than enough space for food. I have even hosted a large party and was able to get everything in my fridge, including what others brought that I did not account for! I was worried about the freezer all on the bottom, but all the drawers and shelves pull out making it super easy to access anything in the freezer! Over all the refrigerator is designed perfectly. It is spacious, gorgeous, and has any feature I could want and more!! I really do love my fridge!

It features an impressivly sleek Bespoke design with smart, energy-efficient features. It also includes AI Hybrid Cooling that provides consistent temperature control. It also provides a Beverage Center with an AutoFill Water Pitcher as well as an internal dispenser, and a Dual Ice Maker. One of my favorite features is that it produces both cubed and whiskey ball ice. Another impressive feature is the customizable FlexZone drawer. It allows for tailored storage modes, while SmartThings connectivity adds remote monitoring and control. ENERGY STAR certified and designed for modern kitchens, it offers both style and functionality. I'm so happy with this refrigerator and all its features. I'd highly recommend it!

The fridge is completely silent. My wife and I in the process of renovating our basement into a home office, and this fridge was the right choice. With the addition of the Samsung fridge, we’re able to get ice cold filtered water without having to constantly go to kitchen. The fridge also has a built in water pitcher so you can constantly have fresh water ready to go. You don’t have to worry about the pitcher being empty because the fridge will refill the pitcher whenever it gets low. The ice dispenser is quite unique because it creates Whiskey Ice Balls in a separate compartment. You can choose 3 or 6 ice balls with in the Samsung SmartThings app. The Samsung RM80F23VMRAA refrigerator is a Smart Fridge so you can connect the device to your Wi-Fi network and change settings on the fly. You can change the fridge and freezer temperature; the type of ice you want, and you change the drawer settings if you want to set it as a vegetable drawer or set it to drinks. The fridge will alert you when the doors have been open for too long. There’s an audio warning, and the lights will flash to alert you if you need to close the fridge. I believe those are accessibility features which I think is really cool. My wife and I are so happy and thankful for the Samsung RM80F23VMRAA refrigerator, and we highly recommend this fridge to our friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took a long time to finally choose this model. The design is super slick and the beverage center is my favorite part. The main shelves are a bit limiting but the shelving that fits into the doors has a greater functionality than usual so overall it evens out. You can put items you use frequently on the door shelf above the beverage center then open just that part when you need them - to allow for maintaining the temp easier. It will take a long time to get all the packing materials off and shelving in place - during which time the unit will be straining to get to temp. It will make a small batch of 7 cubes and you may start to lose hope - leave it for 8 hours and it will be ok! The shelves that fit into the right side of refrigerator door are too tight and can’t be fully seated in the holder pegs - awaiting resolution of this issue.
