Lately there are stems in the can, sometimes quite a few. We like to buy these beans because I have a little secret that makes them taste like you cooked fresh green beans, just wish they didn't have so many stems.

Be careful not to choke on a wood stem. Apparently, "Club Store" discount prices means lower quality than what del monte ships to traditional grocery stores. Wood stems in every other can...

Sam's is horrible these came in a box that was already open and the cans were all dented. They are trying to tell me they cannot be returned. No saving over local market as the local market just refunds your money without question.

Every can in the box was very dented. The shipping box was just fine, so this is from Del Monte.
