A worthy successor to the previous iteration. The phone has a much faster processor, so you can download movies or games much faster than the iPhone 14 Pro Max. On wifi you can also see the noticeable speed increase.

Entire process to upgrade my phone and plan went very well. Have no complaints. Recommended a friend to upgrade his phone at this store and hedid and was pleased with the service.

Upgraded from an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Love the ProMotion Display, screen looks great, the phone itself is snappy and fast. Love the use of the dynamic island and speakers are also great on this phone. Definitely worth the upgrade.

This is the worst IPhone yet. It says I don't have internet all the time when I have full bars, it gets really hot, and there is a small crack in the back when I haven't even dropped it.

Not a lot of difference from iPhone15 and the charger and cable changing that's not included in the purchase is always a curve ball. Wish Apple would just keep the accessory compatibility the same if the UX/UI is not making a huge difference.

It's nice to actually have a phone that has a larger memory capacity and I'm not always having to delete apps. I think the biggest plus side so far is having a battery that doesn't die within a couple of hours.

Trade in value for my older iPhone (11 Pro Max) was great. Purchasing experience was simple. The new phone arrived fast and the shipping back process of the old phone was easy.

iPhone 15 plus , great phone, but side buttons in a bad position, I always getting a screen shot , trying to turn off makes it easy to press the down volume button at the same time easy.

Size is good - speed is amazing. Only cons are it goes through battery like it's going out of style, gets rather warm (hoping they fix these). And the camera has a definite “footprint” bigger than previous versions.

Love this new phone!! It is so easy and lightweight and the screen and the colors are so vibrant! I had the 14 pro max and I am so glad that I traded up!!!
