Been frustrating. First order didn't go through so had to call and re-order. Then never got any information on how to send back trade in. And is so hard to get ahold of anyone or do anything online.

I love the look of this phone. It's definitely eye candy. The charger that comes with the phone is threaded instead of being rubber coated which is also a plus

Im so happy I waited patiently for the iphone 15 pro max for that whole month rather than settle for the 14 pro max! Granted I had the 12 pro max so go hard or go home.

Transition was as easy as I have ever had. I am a little disappointed in the battery life on this phone. It lasts no longer than the iPhone 11 that was traded in. Still learning the other features

Love the iPhone 15pro max if your an android user and your thinking of making a switch to the iPhone do it. Your not gonna regret it. The best switch i ever made

I got the phone sooner than expected. I followed the instructions on how to transfer data from my old phone. I prepared my old phone for trade in without any issues. I am learning something new everyday on my 15 pro max. I really like the phone.

Don't like not having a home button. Also the flashlight comes on too easily, I still don't know how I'm turning jt on. I'm constantly turning phone on silent or back on without meaning to with the change of that style of button.

So far, so good. The phone has been good and the transition from the old phone to the new one has been seamless. Haven't had any trouble with the phone at all.

The transfer went well with minimal to normal need to sign in to some apps. The iPhone has run smoothly. There seems a bit of delay at times for pages loading on WiFi. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied. It is a great phone.
