Nice tree but where on the tree is the plug in for the tree topper

Gorgeous tree

Right out of the box it’s is a beautiful tree! The branches are strong for holding heavy ornaments. The color changing and flashing patterns make it look so Christmasy

best tree yet!

I started to return it as soon as I opened the box. It looked more like dust than flocking.  I decided to try it and it looked really nice. I guess the initial view was under the branches.

Nice Surprise!

Wasted 45 minutes trying to get someone on the phone, to no avail. When the rep did get on the phone, there isn't a resolution to be offered. Good luck trying to get a replacement. I'm out $180. Frustrating.

pretty tree, horrible customer service

You can see wires throughout the tree. The tree is also not as full as the picture. Very disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful. I got both my tree and ornaments from Sam's and it is the most beautiful tree I've ever had. I love how many light combinations there are and there is even a timer to ensure it turns off if I accidentally leave it on. I could not be more satisfied.
