Lights won't stop switching modes

Tree has startes switching modes all on its own and cannot get it to stop. Otherwise it has been perfect

Not as full as pictures

The branches are not as full as the pictures and the wires are very visible. I don’t have it decorated, which might hide some wires but I might return it.
