horrible shipping had packaged delivered soaking wet box sent in for replacement and had to have fed ex return in mid shipping cause was damaged as well

Love the product itself! However, even the replacement shipment was damaged and leaking out of the box. Sam's typically tapes the lids, not in this case. Can't just blame FedEx this time.

I absolutely love the way this fabric softener leaves my clothes smelling fresh for weeks after I wash them. Not to mention how fresh the house smells on laundry day, lol!! My towels feel soft, I don’t get an overwhelming smell from the fabric softener but just enough to get compliments and to know my clothes are nice and clean.

Damaged as usual. Despite my better judgement, I keep ordering this item from Sam's, and it always comes damaged and leaking. Today was no different except today, it leaked all of my paper plates and my pants/shirt set that I was excited to receive. The softner was poorly packaged and top cracked thus the softner leaked so bad in the box that FedEx had to repackage it in a new box and graciously attempted to tape the top to prevent further leakage.

I have been using this fabric softener for about 30 years and it smells so beautiful and leaves my clothes smelling fresh and feeling soft. I just wish Sam's would have more suavitel scents as well as Hispanic products to choose from just how they have all American brands in their Mexican Sam's.

Suavitel Advanced does NOT smell the same as original or ultra Suavitel Flower Fields scent. The only reason I buy Suavitel is for the fragrance (the ORIGINAL fragrance). I will have to see if my club still carries the Original or Ultra version. I do not like how this Advanced version smells; kind of chemical-ly
