I know it's not recommended but I used it on towels because we only use scented products on sheets and towels. It had a nice pleasant scent that wasn't too overpowering. I'm not sure it did much as far as softening my towels though. Maybe I didn't use enough.

However, wrestling with the huge heavy bottle to fill the spot in my dryer was cumbersome. I’d prefer a smaller and lighter bottle.
