I love this product its fresh scent, size and price.

When I opened the box the product was in, every one of the 4 jugs of softener had leaked all over the inside of it. It was a big mess. They were improperly packed for shipment. Pretty disappointing.

Received this item in a smashed box and the suavitel container was in a plastic bag along with my Dawn. The Suavitel container was busted and all the contents were inside the plastic bag. Had to return it to the local store, do a return and then repurchase both items. Worse shipping experience ever.

2nd time ordered- 2nd time cap came loose and leaked all through box.C’mon Sam’s- tighten the cap or tape it up. Very disappointing.
