Clothes are soft and static free. I find it's better than the well advertised products, yet less expensive.

The product top was taped but was not tightened. It leaked inside the box. Made a mess on everything

It's a very strong scent that lasts a long time. I put water in the cup and then add some softner then pour it into the reservoir. Perfect every time
