To save some people time; if you have a TANKLESS water heater this will not work. The restricted water flow is built into the design of the shower head and because of that it will not trigger most tankless water heaters to turn on. As a result you will only get cold water when you shower

Moen customers who use the Moen Verso Handheld Shower with Infiniti Dial have a tankless water heater that can adjust minimum incoming/outgoing flow requirements, and the units have adjustable output temperatures.
