Liked the design and finish. But the base where the shower head rests does not swivel enough to keep the shower head close to the wall. Because of that, in my walk-in shower, water from the shower head shoots outside the shower. Returned it.

It works great after we took the screen out and replaced it with one that doesn’t get clogged as easy. Before we did that we had no water pressure at all.

The shower head over all is a decent shower head. The problem I ran into was it's too bulky. My shower outlet pipe is about 8 in Long with a 45 ° turn down angle. Using all the original pieces the shower head would only fit sideways because of the magnetic connection point it has with the base. I had to use some of the old shower head parts and combine them with the new shower head parts to get a decent set up and I had to forgo the magnetic base mount.

We liked the spray options of this showerhead, but there was too little water under too high pressure. So, it was more misty than we prefer, which also seemed to lose heat into the air before it hit the body. Aside from the feel of it, we also had to turn the water hotter than we previously had with our other showerhead. We returned this and got another showerhead we are happy with.

The shower head is outstanding and the price is fantastic! I bought two of them for my house.
