[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this Moen Verso handheld shower last month and have used it daily. Installation was very easy and I had it up myself in about five minutes. There are multiple spray options, which you can adjust seamlessly and which make rinsing shampoo out of thick hair quick and easy. The 2.5 gallon per minute flow is nice and not stingy, while still economizing on water consumption. You can pause the flow if needed, which is nice. I also like the magnetic docking feature. The unit is made of plastic, which makes it light (in case you drop it) and resistant to water spotting and buildup. I wasn’t sure about longetivity but Mown does guarantee it with a 5-year limited commercial warranty. I’m very pleased with this nice-looking, well-made showerhead—thank you for the opportunity to test it.

Not enough pressure!

Wanted to love it, but I can't figure out how to stop it from squirting out water at the point where it connects to the shower stem. Watched multiple troubleshooting videos and nothing worked. I plan to return it.

Two weeks it worked well. Now it leaks water everywhere and is no longer useful.
