The Perfect Giftable Cognac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a delicious cognac, and so beautifully packaged! Perfect work gift! The colleagues I shared this with loved it, too. I’m still shocked by the price. It tastes like a much more expensive bottle!

Delicious and sophisticated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s Friday, I’m to old for the bars. I’m reaching for a nice drink. The smell is rich and oaky. A bottle is cheaper than a few cocktails. Small enough that it doesn’t take up a ton of space in my bar but easy to drink neat, on a rock or in a mixed drink.

Ehh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start by saying I'm not a cognac, spirit or liqueur drinker usually, but I do cook with them. I drank some of this and wasn't impressed. I just don't like alcohol. However, I did cook with it and added it to a home made beef stew. It was lovely to have a sweet brandy kick to the meat. Would I buy it again? No. Purely because at this price it would make a rather expensive meal for the family. I'm sure those with more expert palates could tell you differently and enjoy the flavours that the blurb tells you is supposedly in it but to me it's just meh, tastes the same as any other but makes an alright addition to beef stew..

Delicious and Sweet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really delicious. Flavor profile is some orange / citrus. Value is great for the price, 375 ml is pretty small. The aroma is warm but fresh and the packaging is beautiful. Very versatile and a great drink to have straight, with one rock, or as an addition to your favorite cocktail that calls for cognac.

Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Despite my typical aversion to dark liquors, the Remy Martin 1738 Accord Royal variant truly captivated me with its remarkable smoothness and exquisite taste. It's safe to say that I would eagerly make another investment in this delightful spirit in the foreseeable future.

Leveling up in a smooth and grown way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It smells like vanilla and woody. Goes down very smooth. The alcohol level is very good. Worth the value for the ease of drinking. Very sophisticated. Nice packaging with a lot of history writing on the bottle.

Not my cup of tea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a really strong and sharp flavor that I didn't fancy one bit. It actually stung my mouth and left an unpleasant aftertaste. Idk what the hype is about with this product. At least it got me tipsy tho lol.

Nice, smooth and fancy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all let me say the packaging looks very expensive and fancy, but at an affordable price. The taste was nice and smooth. I ended up making a champagne sparkler with it and it was to die for! New fave.

I really enjoyed this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really looking forward to trying the Remy Martin 1738, and when I did, it did not disappoint. One thing I was worried about was of how “oaky” it would taste. We recently purchased a mezcal that was way too smoky and had made us a bit apprehensive when a liquor is described as “smokey or very oaky”. Again, this one did not disappoint. It is the right amount of oak flavor. I tried it first “neat” and then in a cocktail and I loved both. This is definitely a fine sipping liquor I will keep around. I highly recommend it.

Not a cognac fan but am of this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remy Martin 1738 is an exceptional cognac that exudes elegance and complexity. Its name, a tribute to the royal accord from 1738, is fitting, as this spirit delivers a regal experience. With notes of toffee, spices, and dried fruits, it offers a rich and refined flavor profile that lingers on the palate. The smoothness and depth of Remy Martin 1738 make it a standout choice for sipping neat or crafting exquisite cocktails. If you appreciate the artistry of fine cognac, this one certainly deserves a place in your collection.
