I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing this flooring not being familiar with the manufacturer, Select Surfaces. I read the product info and reviews thoroughly and decided to do it. I'm very happy I did. The flooring looks really good and was very easy to install, I did it myself. I would definitely buy this flooring again if the need arises as it exceeded my expectations.

We bought this flooring and installed it ourself, this is the first time ever installing flooring. The flooring arrived on a large wooden pallet and packed very securely. Flooring is color as pictured on web site and is of very very good quality. We did purchase a flooring cutter to help to make quick cuts to length. (This saved alot of time not having to run out to garage to cut on my saw.) The material clicked together very easy for me and my wife and we finished off our kitchen, and now have puchased more flooring from Sam's to do the living room and hall ways. We are really proud of just how nice the flooring turned out,

We are in the middle of remodeling a house and we have a lot of mud, drywall dust and it really shows in this color. Wish I had went more gray. it's been down a week and there is a couple nicks. We will see how it holds up and maybe give it a better review.

I bought 300 square feet of this flooring and installed it last month. First, I am an experienced DIY'er and have worked in the construction trade in the past. I have previously installed virtually every type of flooring--hardwoods, porcelain tile, vinyl, laminate, etc. This product is German, and as would be expected is high quality stuff. And it looks great once you're finished. However, the quality is about equally offset by the difficulty encountered in fitting the planks together. That has to do both with the design of the locking tongues and their manufacture. It really takes substantial "elbow grease" to put the planks together, and there is a danger that one or more planks will "pop out" in previous rows as you go forward, making it necessary to disassemble the floor back to the separated point and reinstall. That simply hasn't been the case with the laminate I've installed in the past, both the expensive stuff (Pergo), and the cheap stuff. And that's kind of a deal breaker for me. As a result I just can't recommend this to the average homeowner/DIY'er.

I love the high quality of this flooring! Also love the color and the fact that I can install it myself. No extra installation fee! Love the durability for my rent house… No more replacing carpet after each renter! Maybe there will be enough left to put in my own small bathroom.

I decided to bring this flooring from the dining room into the living room. It looks great very happy with my choice.

Super quiet, thicker than brands at other retailers, comes with padding already attached and looks like real wood. Win! Win!

Once we got in a groove it was easy to install and looks fantastic.. it snapped into place pretty easily.
