Not worth spending $600 when the M3 chip is not even a noticeable difference in speed at all. Only worth it if you need the Apple Pencil Pro.

This one had good features and a good price. I could not rate the battery life because I have only used now for a couple of days. Data transfer from my old to the new was easy and the ipad was ready to use.
