Instructions say pole is longer than it actually is. Pole came shorter than expected.

Handle BROKE after the FIRST USE! … The telescoping handle got stuck, would not extend no matter which direction it was twisted… After much effort, the handle was rendered BROKEN after the very first time using it…. Cleaned about 6 cars with snow before the product was rendered USELESS! … Hardly worth spending money on something that is going to be thrown away so quickly.

Fragile product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Probably could of gotten it a little bit cheaper from a different site but I've been satisfied with Walmart. Couldn't believe the head is just like a piece of Styrofoam cooler. Remains to be seen how it holds up.
