I love the large capacity and it definitely does well with large loads. I have had no issue of loads of laundry not being dry after the cycle is over. The settings are self explanatory and easy to differentiate between them. The cleaning and water emptying is easy , though a new thing to get used to. I also really enjoy how this connects to the smartthings app, We have two other appliances connected so I enjoy that this can be added seamlessly. So far very happy with this.
