[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer and could not love it more! The dryer dries the clothes, towels, blankets etc so quickly. I love the option of timed dry or moisture setting. It dries every time, the first time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited about my large new Samsung dryer! It is so easy to use I love all the options that I have! It is so large and can dry so many clothes in a shorter period of time! It’s so quiet too!!!! This dryer is so big the depth with the door open is 52.6 inches, I can put a big load in and set what type and my clothes are dry every time! There is a wrinkle prevent that will run 180 minutes of intermittent tumbling in unsheathed air that will help reduce wrinkles which help so much with less ironing! I’ll add a picture of the cycle chart that has so many opinions, I can dry my quilt and no longer have to go to the laundry mat for that! This machine can be stacked with the washer or side by side depending the size area you have! This machine has been a blessing to a mom of boys!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very quiet and hardly notice it running. I like the different options for different types of laundry or items needed to dry. I like that it isn’t abnormally large and unnecessarily wide or tall , but the inside drum is gigantic!!

I did have to have it serviced within the first 100 days, one of the relays was stuck in the open position on the motherboard. The dryer would act like it was going to start but wouldn't fully start, it's just it kick started and did nothing. It worked a few times after unplugging and plugging back in before we were able to have a Samsung tech come out. Honestly very easy process, tech was great and got us taking care of. This is why it's a 4 star rating vs 5 star. No one wants to file a warranty claim after dropping cash like this on appliances. Zero hassle claim which was nice. Everything thing was covered under the first year warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am highly impressed with the quality of this Samsung dryer. It is so quiet and plays a beautiful tune when the dryer has completed. I love the LED lights for at night when I'm doing laundry, it lights up perfect. I love that it has a child lock on the buttons so the kids can't come press buttons it also locks the door during the cycle which is great. There is different settings to dry on, i like that I can choose the time to dry or use one of the presettings on the dial. You can also choose how much heat it uses to dry as well which is great. I highly recommend this dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer is large capacity, drys my king size bedding in one load with no problem. It is very quiet! I love the sanatize feature! The controls are very easy to follow, led panel let's you know the remaining time. You can dry a large capacity all at once, cutting down on time. I got the stacking kit, which saves space. Kit was easily installed. I love the blue LED lighting inside the dryer! Easy to see! I like the looks of the sleek design! I highly recommended. UPDATE: after months of using this dryer, I still Love it! The only thing that I would change is the dryer lint catcher. The plastic lint catcher does not seal completely allowing dryer sheets to escape into the vent.

The customer service and service technician was great though and haven't had any other problem, so figure it was a bad element? I love the sanitize function, especially in this day and age.
