Received this as a Christmas gift and have already put it to use. Makes getting into difficult areas very easy. I have 12 WORX tools and all are what I would consider excellent tools. All are easy to work with and handle.

Just what I have been searching for in a small powerful and compact power driver. The extended reach feature is awesome in tight areas,very solid and well made!

This tool is one of my more used go to tools m and is readily available in my hand tool pouch. Would completely and totally be 5-stars if it has a magnetic bit holder -- I am considering placing a small circular rare earth magnet inside the bit holder to see if the depth is there to also capture the bit enough to use effectively. Love the portability with a extendable extension. I hemmed and hawed over the purchase of this or the "revolving bit holder unit with screw holder." I had prior experience with the revolving bit changers, not with worx, and it was not something which I felt would hold up to the commercial use I put my tools and equipment through. The charge may seem slow, but the amount of use between charges is almost unimaginable. I also like that it will let you know when it needs a charge by loosing torque at the end, rather than most, which just all of a sudden quit. I also like that I can hold the trigger in and give the unit a slight twist to finish a screw that needs more torque -- an awesome, yet unwritten feature. I use this primarily when doing electrical work, as it works great with grounding out metal boxes, r/r wall plates, outlets, light switches,. but also has thrown a few deck screws into 5/4 boards, I have placed hexagon-base drill bits and drilled pilot holes (problem is the drill bit needs reversing to pull drill bits back out of the substrate). Overall, if this unit had a "bit slide-lock" to be able to hold hexagon-base drill bits and a magnetic bit holder, it would have a perfect "10" rating!!! I did have to replace the charger at one point ($15.00!). This is something you really do not want to carry loosely in a battery bag because the wire at the end of the plug-in gets banged up and is easy to cause a wire break. Over-all, that has not really too much of an issue (if known) so you can pack it safely elsewhere and because the battery use is rather substantial between charges. My unit is probably 6 years old now and I have used it too many times to count where cost per use is negligible to the cost of a charger (50% of a new unit) or the mid-$30 up front cost. Take the splurge on this, surely you will find it worthy. Ck Maintenance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know when you add an Este to other drills you get some wobble during use? Not with this drill works great and you don't need to remember where the extension is,. Great product....as all my WORX tools are !

I received this as a gift (I did ask for it specifically). I had asked for this because I needed a smaller type screwdriver for some hobby type jobs. I had larger ones that are more powerful but too big to fit into some spaces. I charged the battery and proceeded to work on my first project. I was very disappointed that this would not even tighten a wood screw in my first project ( a small table). I tried a few other times and even charging the battery again (even though I had just charged it). I contacted customer service and I was told I would need to drill pilot holes which I did to no avail (and sometimes you just cannot do that first). Customer service also told me that if I wanted more power, I would have to purchase a larger, more powerful tool. Well I already have that, but it is too big. It says it "reaches where other drivers can't". Yes it does, but it doesn't have enough power to do even little jobs. This is my first WORX tool of any kind, and it will be my last.

As a Worx employee I eyed this tool to handle small jobs around the house quickly and with ease and the SD Driver does not disappoint. It has enough reach to get into small places where another tool would have difficulty and it has enough power to loosen even the oldest of screws. It works great around the house and in the cramped confines of the engine compartment of my car and under the dash. The attached light is wonderful when working on the car to illuminate out of the way spaces. This is a handy tool that should be a part of any family's assortment of power tools.

This little gizmo is handy as heck. It makes a lot of jobs around the house so much simpler. It goes into hard to get to areas without a hassle. To change the length is so easy. A lot better screwdriver than the other worx 4v screwdriver I bought.!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this and have used it a number of times, love the extended fixture, couldn't be happier, this will do double duty, one for the house and one for my hobby. Beats holding a heavy drill with a screw bit in it. I'm gonna love this tool.

His comments on this driver were very complimentary, so now I am ordering one for him, solving the problem as to what to buy him as a gift.
