The filler is elastic, does not lose shape over time. The fabric is durable, moisture-resistant, which makes them an excellent option for use outdoors. They are not great if you want to use them outdoors since they require dry cleaning, but for an indoor couch they are perfect for decoration or a nap. The seams and fabric are feather tight with none poking through. There's isn't a lot of down in these so they aren't like a cloud, but the feathers do give them the structure you want for a throw pillow. Overall, nice pillows that are easy to change the look with covers
