What needs to be done better with this product is that although each Tablet is individually wrapped, several of them came broken up and opened. It does not change the effectiveness of them, but when I set the bucket in my basement for a day and came back down I could smell chlorine. So if each tablet is not sealed better, than all the tablets need a large plastic protective bag that they can all sit in so the chlorine gases do not escape the container.

These are in a nice HDPE pail that seals nice and easy AND the tablets are individually wrapped to maintain potency and keep from absorbing moisture in the air. I've been using them for years. The large 40 pound amount will last me two seasons, but I share some with my son, who only needs about 10 pounds a year, so it's economical when buying the large quantity at once. Otherwise, it's twice the price

The Members Mark chlorine tables are of high quality. I have used them for 4 years. They are solid tales with out a lot of filers so when used do not dissolve in a day or 2. They last 4 or 5 days when placed in the skimmer baskets. They are the most inexpensive chlorine tables that I have used (MOST ECONOMICAL). Most pool supply stores charge $20 more for their tablets. I buy them at the club but to my chagrin they stopped carrying them this Fall. I had to order them online. I hope they will restock in the Spring.

have bought 5 or 6 of these buckets over the last t years of ownership. Mostly pleased except I have one bucket that I have been using and probably 80% of the tablets are broken. some pretty badly crumbled. I decided to set this bucket aside today for backup and discovered that the new bucket I opened had all the tablets individually wrapped in a clear wrapper now and appear to be neatly stacked in the bucket and a saw no broken tablets so far. Love the clear wrapper.

Definitely pay attn to the %'s. I bought these last season and used about half. They were a good price. Opened the pool this year, now we have to drain and start over because of the CYA. Better price is not always best.

I purchased these tablets and when I put them in the chlorinator, they never dissolved, even after one week in the chlorinator. They hardly smell of chlorine. The pool turned green, and I used Member's Mark shock. It did not improve. I took a sample of the water to be analyzed and there was zero chlorine.

I purchased a 40 lb pail of chlorine pucks and 24 pk instant shock and they carry 3 pack-3 gallon liquid chlorine been buying from sams since I've had my pool going on 12 yrs now. You will NOT find it cheaper anywhere else trust me I've shopped all around. And if you're a plus member you can have them delivered for FREE right to your front door it's a win win. Good products !!
