They're chlorine tablets... They work great and they are a heck of a lot cheaper here. I'm reading some of the reviews and they're talking about the shock treatments. If you're going to rate this product, please make sure it's for the chlorine tablets only. Thank you.

I use this product. I have a 15,000 gallon in ground concrete pool and live in Florida, where we get tons of summer rains. I have no problem with this product. I use about tablet a week and in the summer I add a gallon of liquid chlorine every couple weeks as shock treatment. This product seems to do the job. I do how ever add stabilizer every April and then maybe once during the middle of the summer.

This review is not about the actual product, I am sure it is great. This review is about the need to weigh your bucket to ensure you aren't buying 35lbs instead of 40. I purchased 2 buckets from a pallet that had obviously been picked through some. I took a couple buckets that were still on the pallet and I thought had been unmolested. Loaded them in the cart paid and took them home. Upon unloading them together for the first time (one in each hand) I could tell one was lighter. When weighed on my home scale is just over 33 lbs so including the bucket I was shorted probably 18-20 tablets at more than a buck a piece. If it weren't such an inconvenience I would have loaded them back up to exchange them but I am chalking it up to stupid tax. Next time I will make sure to do a better job of judging the weight.

I had previously purchased chlorine tablets at Sam's Club and had been very happy wwith them. This year I started having trouble keeping chlorine levels up and the pool clear. After a lot of frustration and a little research I learned about stabilized vs unstabilized chlorine. Apparently Sam's changed their formulation and this unstabilized type is better for indoor pools but will dissipate quickly outdoors unless you add stabilizer separately.

Bought big name brand prior that I have been using for years. The tablets were not individually wrapped and it did not last as long as the ones that were wrapped. MM chlorine are individually wrapped and are longer lasting that the ones I bought at Lowe's. Water looks great and water readings are where they belong. Highly recommend.

Many of the tablets throughout the bucket are smashed and broken into pieces. You open the packets and 1 out of 5 is not usable.

I have used this product for years now. Same quality as pool supply store, with the Sam's club price savings. 3 tablets are enough to chlorinate my 18,000 gallon pool for 2 weeks. Highly recommend it.

Can use this tablet for a Coleman above ground pool(18ft round)- if yes is only one tablet every two weeks? Also in addition of this tablet do I need to add something else? Thank you

Each tablet is individually wrapped. I ordered online and had the tablets shipped to our door. So much easier on our backs. The bucket container is very sturdy so the tablets are all intact. Will purchase again.

These chlorinating tablets are not only a great value, but I love that each tablet is separately wrapped!! I didn't see that in the product description so I was quite surprised when I opened the bucket!
