We've literally purchased THREE of these mattresses for our home; our bed, our vacation home, and our guest bedroom as it's the most comfortable mattress we've ever owned. My husband can literally get up in the middle of the night and I don't feel a thing... the beauty of a foam mattress. Great quality and recommend to everyone we know.

I am amazed how hard this mattress feels when I lay on it for the first few minutes each time, then it seems to mold to me. Many mornings, I feel rested, but way up with a sore hip because I have slept on a side and haven't moved all night---as far as I know. Also, Sam's never sent any kind of delivery notification on this item. It just arrived. Ahead of time and before I had closed on the new house. Frustrating.

I purchased this mattress because a family member also purchased it and loved it. I have colorectal cancer and sleeping became difficult with the radiation and chemotherapy protocols used to treat my cancer. This mattress has been amazing in the comfort, support and coolness. I've seen more expensive mattress, but not better. This mattress has been much more than advertised. I'm very glad I purchased it.

I was a little afraid to order a mattress . But I know Sam's has always stood behind what they sell. It's perfect ! I have a bad back and this mattress is like the best I've ever slept on. it's wonderful and very happy I stuck my neck out and bought it. I'd do it again ! Plus it's a great price !

I have been sleeping on this mattress for about 2 weeks now, & it is so very comfortable. I notice from the covers in the morning that I do little tossing & turning anymore, as I did with my former mattress. Researched it with reviews & with the excellent rating given it by Consumer Report. Felt comfortable with making the $500 investment, & now with two weeks' sleeping on it, feel that I made a very wise choice for my replacement mattress. An adventure to watch it fill up quickly once the vacuum-sealed plastic is penetrated!

While this mattress is quite comfortable and I wake up without my legs hurting, it is very hot to sleep on. I've always been a person to get cold at night, but with this mattress I wake up in the night and have to turn on the fan. In favor of it I must say that my back and legs feel so much better during the day.

Loved my full size mattress so I bought the same one in queen size. This queen is much softer and there is less side support than the full size mattress. It still supports well, it just isn't as firm. Also, it took 34 days and a call to the Serta Pro team to be delivered. Honestly think they forgot my order...

We went to the store to shop mattresses to find out they do not carry Queen size in the store. They advised us to go on-line and order it. The mattress that we received has about a 6"-7" spot on the mattress that appears to be a wear mark right out of the box... Will it matter when the bed is made? No, just a bit disappointed that we have to take something that isn't perfect when we buy new and had to wait to get it...

I purchased this for my 80+ age parents and had it shipped directly to them. Easy set up for them since they just had to open the box and let it expand overnight. My Mom said it keeps her cooler at night and my Dad sleeps all night. He used to wake up and move to his recliner! It was "different" from their pillow top mattress and took a couple nights to get used to since this is a gel memory foam, so doesn't have that "pillow" feeling, but after a couple of nights, they enjoy the support and comfort of the gel. At $499, this saved my parents a lot of money too. They were thinking they were going to have to spend over $1000 for this kind of comfort!

I wasn't sure what to expect, the reviews on firmness went both ways. So, I'm writing mine just to add to the mix :) Came a little bit later than expected, but it wasn't a surprise since I got it on the one day sale. Which I've noticed the price for that has popped up again on sale, so it isn't just the one day price. Box wasn't wrapped, so it wasn't a secret what was in it. Came perfectly fine, no dents or tears. The mattress itself was wrapped tightly in plastic. Pretty amazing really. It sat in my bedroom for a couple of days since I wanted to open and let it air out overnight and I still had my current mattress to be picked up by my son. Make sure you put the mattress on the foundation you plan to use before you start cutting. This is very important. Old mattress out. I have an antique Queen size bed frame that uses wooden slats as the foundation, plus I have my old box spring. We placed the Serta on the box spring and started to carefully (be very careful) cut the plastic. It is really amazing that this bed is only about 3 inches tall when still in the vacuumed package. Cut diagonally and do it fairly quickly. The bed starts sucking in air and expands to the full Queen size in literally 2 minutes, maybe less. Aaand, you're done. It does say 12" and mine has fully expanded to 11 1 /2" . Close enough for me. First thing I noticed is after coming from a pillow top was how flat it is. Flat, flat. No lumps or comfy spots, just flat. Don't try to do the cute little jump and land on it, it's flat and firm and not a lot of fun. First few nights I was unsure how I felt. It was firm, but after about 15 minutes I stopped noticing it was firm. Weird. It is because of the memory foam, weight and mixed with body heat, it conforms to your body. I've had it now for about a month. I can definitely tell where I sleep and where I do not. The softer side is where I sleep each night. As time goes on, the memory foam softens. It isn't squishy soft or like it is breaking down, but it does that conforming thing much quicker. If I want to lay on the firmer side I crawl over and can tell the difference immediately. I still struggle with pillows. I can't find quite the right match to get me through the night. I hope that you won't have that problem. This is an ongoing struggle. BUT the biggest thing (If you're still reading, you are smart) is that my husband has commented that I have NOT SNORED ONCE since I got this Serta mattress. Why? I don't know, I can't find the right pillow, so I can only say it is the memory foam base. I had a pillow top that cost over $3200 and I snored; but this mattress has made me so comfortable that my neck is not curled in such a way, and I've stopped. A month in...nope, no snoring yet (and I've even got a head cold this week). Another thing I noticed immediately was I often woke with my shoulders in pain like I've shrugged them all night. Seriously, that was gone on the first morning and hasn't come back. Yes it is firm, but it gives after a few minutes to be comfy, and just keeps getting better.
