Needed a new mattress for the guest room. I knew Serta has great products so I jumped on line to Sam's club. In minutes I found what I needed. Received the mattress in less then a week. Put it on the bed and it was just what we needed. Saved money and Time. You can't beat Serta and Sam's price and service.

I wasn't sure what to expect, the reviews on firmness went both ways. So, I'm writing mine just to add to the mix :) Came a little bit later than expected, but it wasn't a surprise since I got it on the one day sale. Which I've noticed the price for that has popped up again on sale, so it isn't just the one day price. Box wasn't wrapped, so it wasn't a secret what was in it. Came perfectly fine, no dents or tears. The mattress itself was wrapped tightly in plastic. Pretty amazing really. It sat in my bedroom for a couple of days since I wanted to open and let it air out overnight and I still had my current mattress to be picked up by my son. Make sure you put the mattress on the foundation you plan to use before you start cutting. This is very important. Old mattress out. I have an antique Queen size bed frame that uses wooden slats as the foundation, plus I have my old box spring. We placed the Serta on the box spring and started to carefully (be very careful) cut the plastic. It is really amazing that this bed is only about 3 inches tall when still in the vacuumed package. Cut diagonally and do it fairly quickly. The bed starts sucking in air and expands to the full Queen size in literally 2 minutes, maybe less. Aaand, you're done. It does say 12" and mine has fully expanded to 11 1 /2" . Close enough for me. First thing I noticed is after coming from a pillow top was how flat it is. Flat, flat. No lumps or comfy spots, just flat. Don't try to do the cute little jump and land on it, it's flat and firm and not a lot of fun. First few nights I was unsure how I felt. It was firm, but after about 15 minutes I stopped noticing it was firm. Weird. It is because of the memory foam, weight and mixed with body heat, it conforms to your body. I've had it now for about a month. I can definitely tell where I sleep and where I do not. The softer side is where I sleep each night. As time goes on, the memory foam softens. It isn't squishy soft or like it is breaking down, but it does that conforming thing much quicker. If I want to lay on the firmer side I crawl over and can tell the difference immediately. I still struggle with pillows. I can't find quite the right match to get me through the night. I hope that you won't have that problem. This is an ongoing struggle. BUT the biggest thing (If you're still reading, you are smart) is that my husband has commented that I have NOT SNORED ONCE since I got this Serta mattress. Why? I don't know, I can't find the right pillow, so I can only say it is the memory foam base. I had a pillow top that cost over $3200 and I snored; but this mattress has made me so comfortable that my neck is not curled in such a way, and I've stopped. A month in...nope, no snoring yet (and I've even got a head cold this week). Another thing I noticed immediately was I often woke with my shoulders in pain like I've shrugged them all night. Seriously, that was gone on the first morning and hasn't come back. Yes it is firm, but it gives after a few minutes to be comfy, and just keeps getting better.

I replaced a old spring mattress with this Memory foam one. I have been watching the development of the foam mattress for a while. I was always worried about the heat and the mattress being too soft. This mattress has multiple layers to keep it cool and is firm. I have found that I do not wake up in the night or toss and turn as much. It gives great support for your back while contouring to your body on your side. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

We were skeptical of a memory foam mattress but after some research and reading other reviews decided to give one a try. It is a fantastic mattress and we are sleeping so much better with no hump in the middle which our previous mattress had from early on. Would highly recommend!

This mattress is HARD. The top layer of foam is nice, it gives when you lay down. However, the lower layers of foam do not give as well. If you are a vampire sleeper (one that never moves) you will be fine, as the bed will form to you over time. If you are an active sleeper (one that moves at all, or changes positions frequently) this is not the bed for you.

We've literally purchased THREE of these mattresses for our home; our bed, our vacation home, and our guest bedroom as it's the most comfortable mattress we've ever owned. My husband can literally get up in the middle of the night and I don't feel a thing... the beauty of a foam mattress. Great quality and recommend to everyone we know.

In store, presale ,the mattress was in a wheeled box with a handle for easy handling. I ordered on line and it was to be delivered i 3 weeks. the next week it was delivered in a non wheeled box. I flipped the box end to end like a workout video of a body builder flipping tractor tires up a stairs to my bedroom. No instructions on or in the box of how to unpack it, care for it or the warranty. We pulled it out of the box and carefully cut the plastic bag and it inflated... fully after 4 hours. No care instructions in the box. Sams referred me to Serta. Serta said Sams has the instructions. Sams sent me back to Serta. Serta said Elite Comfort Solutions ( the subcontractor that makes and ships the mattress) may be able to email me care instructions and warranty. No response from them. The mattress is firm and after a week developed swales on each side we sleep on.

Was cautious about buying online. I read the reviews and took a chance. I did have concerns about if i needed to return it which a customer service rep answered. It arrived on time and my only regret is not getting the kg size. Love it! Extremely pleased.

My husband and I were shopping for a new bed. After several stops and finding prices to be so high at other stores, we stopped in at Sam's and on an impulse went to check out their beds. My husband immediately loved the supported feel of this bed. I was used to our Sealy Posturepedic Pillow Top that we'd had for 12 years. The price of this bed was too good to pass up. I figured at worst, it would be a guest bed! Well fast forward a month and we've both had the best sleep we've had in years. The support on this bed is awesome. We are both in our mid 40's and we've started to have small aches and pains - NOT with this bed! It is not too firm and not too soft. Our Sealy mattress cost us well over 1200.00 12 years ago! Set up was a breeze. We opened it at 6:00 am and slept on it that night at 10:30pm and it was fully expanded. No smell, no issues!

I honestly was a little worried about getting this mattress. I never have gotten a mattress from a box before. But I read the reviews and decided to take the plunge. However I must say I love my new mattress. It’s firm but still gives some Cush were you need it. My hips used to ache before with my old mattress. Now I sleep like a baby. Glad I made the change.
