[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this Organic Agave nectar from In The Raw and I took it with me straight into baking. Adding agave in place of some sugar in your cookie recipe will give you a chewier cookie and not much flavor difference but you'll feel like they are a bit healthier. This agave was also yummy drizzled over a fruit salad and in teas. A little does enough it's sweet and enjoyable. Would keep it as a house staple.

I use this a lot as a substitution in baking or to enhance flavors because it's so subtle. The consistency makes it super easy to use too and comes out of the bottle easily and doesn't Gob up the cap and make it all sticky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Agave In The Raw is a great way to sweeten hot tea and/or coffee. I have traditionally used honey, but love this just as much. It was the perfect amount of sweetness, not being over powering of the hot tea taste. I love that it is a healthy option for sweetening. The squeeze bottle was great, as it made it easy to squirt out.

I like using this as a maple syrup alternative! Love that it's non gmo and vegan with a low glycemic index. Would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyday, I wake up and make myself a honey latte. I was so excited to receive a sample of Agave in the Raw syrup to shake up my routine! First off, this is a nice, thick but still very fluid syrup - super easy to mix into warmer beverages. It's not as sweet as honey, but a little more rich and deep - almost like a nice maple syrup. I only needed to put about a tablespoon in my latte for the flavors to shine through, and let me tell you, shine they did! This is was so perfect for a more fall-flavored latte. I love the maple quality it adds to my drink. I think this just became a staple in my pantry. Can't wait to try it when I bake!

First off it has quality behind it- non-gmo, organic, and it is vegan! I have used it in my tea to sweeten it lightly and it is the perfect addition. I would like to try it on pancakes or waffles next. Highly recommend!!
