It is a thin consistency and reminds me of maple syrup flavor. It was okay tasting. I did try it on a waffle and it was amazing. Tastes just like syrup. It does leave this weird film type of feeling on the roof of my mouth though. My wife has decided to use it in her coffee and said she was able to eliminate sugar. I will likely purchase once whbbihbby

I love that it's vegan, gluten free, and non-gmo. I saw that some people even drizzle it on waffles which I have to try! I definitely recommend you add this to your shopping list next time you go to the market!

I looked up some stuff about it and even though it is better for you than sugar, it is also sweeter. So a little goes a long way. Make sure you taste as you go. It's a perfect sweetener for beverages because it dissolves quickly. I've already used it as a sweetener for my kids oatmeal and they didnt seem notice a difference. I cant wait to use it in more baking/cooking/drinks.
