My wife loves the new greenhouse. It was a challenge to put it up in Oct and Nov in Colorado. We only got 19inches of snow. We painted each and every piece of wood. And that slowed the build. The build went well and we had no missing parts. This is our third greenhouse over the last twenty years. This should be our last one. I wish we would have bought this one first.

Have had my greenhouse up for a few months now and feel like it has exceeded my expectations on almost every level. Directions are very thorough. Only a couple times had to take apart and reassemble correctly but each time was my fault for not reading step completely before starting. We did not make one cut or drill one hole. Everything fit together exactly. There was plenty of hardware with spares of almost everything so don’t worry about a stripped out head (which is going to happen at least a couple times). Has stood through some very stiff Nebraska winds!

My wife and I received this greenhouse the end of February and started assembling it last weekend. We unboxed everything and sorted by part number and had a table set up for hardware. We followed the instructions and finished the setup this evening. The instructions were clear everything was cut and drilled perfectly. Between the two of us it took about 34 hours but we working every step together, we did not divide and con. I did the last few steps on my own and my wife was disappointed because she warp finish it with m! This is absolutely beautiful and really adds a level of elegance as was as practicality. We built it on 8 inch of compacted limestone and added pavers under the pergola. Thank you backyard discovery!

There were hundreds of pieces to deal with but the instructions were very thorough. I set up two four by eight foot tables and arranged all the pieces so the identifying numbers were visible before starting the assembly. For some reason one window sill piece was much larger than all other ones. It was easy enough for me to run it through my table saw to correct the problem. See attached picture. I added an LED light just in case my wife wanted to use it after dark.

Bought the bell rose as soon as it was available, we waiting a few weeks to put together, and working in less than ideal weather, my husband and I put most of the greenhouse up working half days over 5 days, though I’m sure folks who were more organized could do it quicker as well. We were constantly blown away with the quality of the wood and pieces while putting it together.

This kit was very high quality and worth every penny. We researched ones at The big box stores and feel so fortunate to have found this. Getting the ground ready took longer than anything, but my dad and I put it up over about 4 days. Great product and highly recommend!! My wife loves it.

This took me a couple months to assemble. Definitely the foundation was the most difficult and time-consuming part of the project. There aren't instructions for that, so be ready to do a little research if you're unfamiliar. We looked up gravel shed foundations. The passive ventilation system was not enough to cool it where I live, so I added a misting system. Adding lights soon since it's getting darker earlier and earlier where I live. I love this greenhouse! It's beautiful, it's fun! I wish they'd had the XL version when I bought mine in the spring. I haven't really had the chance to use it yet because I got it for houseplants and it's already starting to get too cold at night where I live, but I'm very excited for next spring! The quality of the fasteners, hardware, and wood was fantastic. It didn't feel like it should be as affordable as it all was. I'm a technical writer as my job and I was impressed by the physical instruction manual (they are accurate, the pictures are almost always very clear, with great angles selected to get the most information across), but you do have to be a little on your guard with them. Sometimes, if you weren't really paying attention, you could do a step that looked very similar to a previous one and not realize there was a subtle change, like one part was upside down now. So you might end up doing it wrong while being very confident you were doing it right. (If whoever does the instructions reads this, you could add warnings that the orientation of a part is different from previous similar steps.) So yeah, pay careful attention to each step, and especially to any red text. And look for addendums before you get started and tuck them into the manual! You will need two physically strong people to do the roof. I (a somewhat wimpy lady in her early thirties) was not able to contribute much with some of the roof assembly steps. If I didn't have two strong folks to help me I could not have finished this project.

We are quite pleased with the overall appearance and function of this greenhouse. Our garden is based off of Redwood and cedar in this matches perfectly. Love the front porch added a small sink to that area. It takes about one week to build. Highly advise, taking all the lumber out and organize it by letter. This will make it much easier. In addition, layout, all of the hardware in an area that you can see. If you can, recommend installing all four Windows at the same time. This allows the structure to sit more true given the size, it’s slightly difficult to wait to tighten all of the bolts. We found it helpful to combine the BILT app with the paper manual in the construction process.

This is our third product from Backyard Discoveries and it is the most amazing structure yet!!! My husband and I put it together....don't get me wrong, it was very overwhelming at the start but we powered through it. GREAT instructions. Quality products!
