I bought a package of the rambutans and they weren't as fresh as when they first brought them in when they were still bright red. By the time I purchased them, they had already turned very dark to a burgundy color but they were still sweet. The reason I had trouble eating them is because they got firmer and the fruit closest to the seed started to stick to the skin if the seed so I had to eat around the skin of the seed or chew the fruit and just pick the tough skin out of my mouth. Let's just say I made a huge mess eating them. Overall, still sweet and brought back memories of being on the beach in Thailand when I first tasted them.

I love Rambutan and Logans. Been eating them since I was a little kid living in Vietnam. If you've never had them before, they taste like a tropical flavored grape. If I had to describe them, I'd say they taste like a peach combined with papaya. I would never buy these Rambutan again grown in Guatemala. They weren't as sweet and the outer shell is WAY too thick and hard to peel. Some of them were even rotten inside! Only buy rambutan grown in Thailand, Florida, or any Asian country- they are the best ones packed with flavor.

Delicious fruit, good snack

I found out that freestone rambutans exist. These are not them. Very difficult to eat without getting the outside of the pit attached to the fruit.

I 'LOVE' long stem roses separated in 3 rows of 6 with cardboard in between to keep themPLUMP and not get damaged!! In addition I know that every 2 days change water and snip a bit of the stems. Tney ALWAYS last 2 full weeks, sometimes 3 weeks!!

Rambutans were inedible as They were overripe and close to rotten. Would have returned them but it was an inconvenience to drive back to Sams. Threw them away instead.

This is from south america, but this fruit is also grown in the South East Asia Area, where my family is from. So it was nice to see this in a major store. Price is also very reasonable. Taste is great as well.

I love rambutans so was extremely happy to see them. I was disappointed they were not in the cold produce area so they would last longer. They were delicious but i had to eat them quick. They had lost there pretty red color.

I love these and usually buy them by the box at the Oriental store for $10. The price on this was reasonable and I didn't have to eat near as many before they got rotten or fermented.

Whoever is responsible for putting this in the Sam's Club inventory I sincerely thank you. What a surprise it was to find these, although, I'm not sure how many others in Wichita Falls know what this is.
