It is so nice to have such wide shelves at such an easily accesable level. We like having the freezer below as we don't acess it as often as the fridge. The many shelves, drawers, and trays in this fridge make storing a multitude of items a breeze. The storage is highly customizable to meet your needs. The sleek stainless steel apperance of the fridge fits well in any kitchen. We look forward to years of use in our home

The flat front design helps add additional space in the kitchen. The stainless steel is beautiful and stays clean without having to wipe it down often. The cooling inside is controlled through my Samsung phone app which I can access the temperature even when I'm not home. The space inside is smaller then my previous fridge but I've learned with my new Samsung refrigerator, functionality is key. I can fit a huge watermelon and compartmental items and so much more. I love how the middle shelf can be adjusted to fit a tall bottle of juice or milk. We all absolutely love our new fridge.

Wow. I guess im the first person to ever spill something in a refer. Theres no mention in user guide how to remove the bottom shelf. Theres a reason why. If people knew what a drama it is to do-so they would run from this appliance. If i ever have to do it again i will go by a new one, but not samsung. Absolute worst design ever. Out of realm of possibility for an average homeowner to pull off this maneuver. Will think twice before ever buying another samsung appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung refrigerator was designed very well. The power cook and power freeze was get to use after plugging in, to get the fridge up to temp. The for alarm is a plus to know when the kids leave the door open. The shelf placing is great for my smaller objects and large objects. There are plenty of shelves on the door. I love that there are actually three drawers placements. The freezer has plenty of storage. I do wish there was not a divider in the middle of the freezer. I feel like it takes away some space. The flat front works great for my small kitchen. There is no handles the stick out. The essay access to water and ice is a plus. I also enjoy that i can get large and small cubes. I do wish this was also fingerprint proof stainless steel. It seems to get fingerprints all the time especially with having fits.

Love the room of the fridge plenty of space for everything.. Refrigerator runs very quietly with a modern flat-front design with recessed handle and drawer handles. Cooling is great on the fridge one of the best cooling fridge that I have owned. The external water and ice dispenser provides easy access to chilled water and ice very convient for the kids. The way that the refrigerator cools, everything stays crisp in the veggie and fruit drawers, and I love the deli drawer for the meats and cheeses, The SmartThings app connectivity, what a great way to keep a close eye on the fridge and also adjust settings of the fridge thru the app a wonderful piece of mind. I truly recommend this fridge only problem is its a fingerprint magnet but other than that this is one magnificent marvel from Samsung the hit it out of the park with this Appliance.

Mega Capacity Counter Depth 3-Door French Door Refrigerator has been a total game-changer in my kitchen. First off, the mega capacity is no joke. Even though it's counter-depth, it somehow fits everything I need and more—milk, juice boxes, snacks, leftovers, fresh produce, and still room for their random lunch experiments. I do a lot of bulk shopping to avoid extra trips to the store, and this fridge makes that possible. The wide shelves and deep door bins are amazing. I can fit gallons of milk (we go through so much milk) without having to rearrange everything. The sleek stainless steel finish looks beautiful in my kitchen and doesn’t show fingerprints easily (thank you Samsung for thinking of moms!). Plus, it's super quiet, which I didn’t think I’d care about until I realized how nice it is not to hear constant humming while I’m trying to enjoy a rare quiet moment. One of my favorite features? The water machine works very well although at first I was having some problem with it leaking when it wasn't being used. I guess it had to adjust for a few days. It seems fine now. The pros are the water flow is good and there are two types of ice available -- crushed or cubed. If I had one con it would be that it doesn't come with a drip pan to catch any excess water. The inside of the refrigerator part is very roomy. It has many different size drawers that will be good to organize all your food. The freezer is large and has two sections that are very roomy. It functions very quietly. All in all this is a great choice. You won't be disappointed.

The freezer has a pressure handle to open the drawer. The interior is well lit and has plenty of storage space. The door has bottle/ gallon bottle storage. I liked how quiet the fridge is. The controls are easy to access on the inside of the side panel. The ice/water dispenser is very easy to use. The water dispenses at a decent rate and doesn't splash back out of the glass. The fridge can be connected to Samsung's Smart Things app if you'd like to have access to the controls there as well. The fridge has a door a jar alarm. If the door is left open after the initial alarm, the interior light will flash as the alarm sounds again. I liked that the water filter is between the crisper drawers because it's easier to change. One of the shelves can be slid back to accommodate the storage of larger bottles on the bottom shelf. The drawer below the crisper drawers has a thing so you can lift it up for easy access without having to slide the full drawer open. The freezer is a nice size and has a removable basket. The only con I found was that the dividers in the freezer were not adjustable.
