Good size and cooling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with our new fridge. There is a lot of space and it cools fast. It took some googling to figure out how to adjust the temperature. So far the ice maker has been quick. The only negative is that the drawer space is tight and there is no enclosed butter area

space inside is impressive

The space inside is impressive — everything from large containers to fresh produce fits easily without feeling crowded. I really like how the shelves are adjustable, which makes organizing simple. It runs quietly and looks very modern in the kitchen. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Well thought out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice dispenser is simply great. French doors make everything easily accessible and spacious and the freezer drawer is much more efficient to keep everything at the correct temperature. The electronics seem quiet and report cooling well.

Great Fridge

Really enjoying it

This is a slick fridge and the counter depth makes a huge difference. We had a Samsung side by side and wanted a French door. We didn't lose any space and actually gained room. Going to make Thanksgiving so much easier with a French door. Everything worked immediately and the fridge started cooling. The water dispenser drips occasionally but it's not an issue. Holds plenty of ice and no issues with the ice maker so far. The SmartThings app is kind of useless as it will only let you set the temp of the fridge, not show you what the current temp is but WiFi is cool nonetheless. The app will notify you if the door is left open though which is nice. Very happy with this fridge so far and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it.

Overall, pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am pleased with my new refrigerator, but it did take getting used to. I keep reaching for handles! It has all the features I wanted, but would have liked more room for tall bottles and cartons. The ice maker takes up more room than I realized it would. One other thing is the lights inside. Would like the freezer light to be brighter.

Meh, could be better. Keep looking.

It's OK but just OK, it could be better. First, the negatives There's no user manual, just online documents. Seems kinda dumb to design a fridge that can't fit a gallon milk jug on a shelf but here we are. I can't get the water filter warning light to reset following the online docs and can only adjust temperatures from their app. The water in the door drips after use. Door alarm only works of the door is left wide open, accidentally leave it cracked an inch and it won't give a warning. Now the positives. The exterior is easy to clean, which is good in light of the water dispenser drips.

Not enough space

Well...it's been a pain in the bottom!!

the refrigerator is beautiful however the delivery guys could not hook up our water because there was a tiny bit of mineral buildup on the on/off valve. he said he was not going to be able to install tbe fridge because of it...i about flipped because i had been without a fridge in my kitchen for over 3 weeks! My hubs was out of town when it was delivered and he said tell them to not worry about the water hook up he could do that part. it was quite a fiasco taking out the old one and bringing in the new one. So of course when the huds got back in town and hooked up the water...it doesnt work ...HOLY cow...called Samsung they had him do a bunch of trouble shooting ON A VIDEO CALL...of course he had done every one of the tests already...the samsung guy said we had to call Sam's then we will have to fill out a service ticket for the warranty service call.

a month later still haven't received my fridge. rxo delivery company has cancled multiple times. they claim they only deliver on Monday's to my area. i escalated with the bbb. but works better when you talk to rxo agent and let them know you'll reach to bbb. I got schedule delivery for Saturday. also sams clubs is hard to work with as well. if you want a refund they make it rough. will update when refrigerator is received...
