I add one packet to a bottle of water, shake it, and it is transformed into a tasty beverage that truly helps me to rapidly rehydrate post workout or illness. I love that it contains no artificial sweeteners or flavors and that it is lower in sugar, only 45 calories per serving. I always feel refreshed and revitalized after drinking this and love the great orange taste.

You just need to add it in a 16oz water bottle and in seconds your own gatorade is ready to drink!! The flavor of orange is so refreshing and is very lightly sweetened, on and all a very tasty thirst quencher. Would definitely recommend, it's a great way to replenish electrolytes and keep yourself hydrated!

This powder form is basically the same as a bottle of gatorade and it takes up less space. Its orange flavor is not my personal favorite but the taste is still good.

It’s not as artificially sweet or strong as the propel tablets, which in my opinion is a plus, but up to the user! However, there’s something about it that doesn’t quite taste like a bottle of Gatorade that I can’t put my hand on. I would still recommend as a quick electrolyte pick-me-up though!

It says Zero Sugar and I found that it has a really sweet taste to it. Maybe it’s my taste buds but it was hard to drink at times. Not a fan of orange sports drinks but overall it had great flavor.
