This comes in handy so often, when kids get dehydrated, are sick, or just want a delicious drink. The powder is very convenient because I can just keep it in my bag and take it out whenever needed. Just mix with water and there you go. Can also use more water than recommended if you don't like it so sweet.

The sodium and potassium in the drink help me get back electrolytes from loosing in sweat. And the best thing is Zero Sugar. So awesome. I feel safe and healthy drinking it. The flavor is good kind of taste like medicine I mix it with water or juice, it’s zero sugar so you don’t have to worry about added sugar, the ingredients contain no real juice, the packets are easy for on the go.

They were excellent for on the go use, we used the Gatorade packets and the Propel tablets both during soccer games and car rides. We love these easy to use drink additives when the family and I want something more than water. We will continue to purchase the Gatorade and Propel brands they come in clutch! I add it to my smoothie too. It’s not too sweet, just right. It comes in a sachet which is good and it smells good. It’s helps quench my thirst.

It’s lower in sugar than other sports drinks and it has no artificial sweeteners or other funny ingredients. The powder dissolves super quickly in water and doesn’t leave residue or that gross gritty texture that a lot of powder mixtures do. I also appreciate that it has five key electrolytes that are crucial after lot of sweating. This makes it ideal for athletes or really just anybody who works out and needs to replenish themselves. It mixes pretty quickly and the color is very vibrant as you can see. It’s a very strong orange flavor, so if that’s not something you like you could maybe use half a packet or add it to more than 16 oz of water. Overall decent flavor and I think it’s important to add these to your drinks once in a while to stay hydrated.
