I don't like how small they are though when I'm going to have an intense exercise day. These are perfect because you just add a packet into an average water bottle! It tastes the same as the minis as well.

The color is very orange and the taste is bright and refreshing. The instructions say to use a 16.9 oz water bottle. The powder packet is almost too much to mix in a new water bottle, I had to drink some down before I could empty the entire packet. I feel good drinking this to recover or as I’m exercising!

The powder dissolved quickly and easily in water with only a few shakes of the water bottle. I like having a powder because I can fill my water bottle anywhere and add the powder, without having to carry all the weight of extra liquids.

This is low sugar with each serving including 10 G of added sugar. Add contents of one packet to 16.9 fluid ounces of water. Replace cap, shake, and enjoy! This box contains a six pack of pockets. The rapid rehydration comes from sodium, magnesium, chloride, calcium, and potassium. There are no artificial sweeteners or flavors.

They tasted too salty for my liking & as a type 1 diabetic, I’d still prefer for flavored tablets to have 0g sugar (or even 5g) rather than 10g, as these do. I wouldn’t purchase these again.

One packet makes a little over 2 cups which is quite generous. I drank a big glass when I was feeling dehydrated in the afternoon and definitely noticed a difference.
