I prefer drink water though so it just depends. The flavors is delicious , better than I expected but more water helps with the flavor

It would be perfect if you had the flu or stomach virus to keep you hydrated. The flavor was good and it doesn’t take up much space in the cabinet. The sugar content is a little high

This flavor didn’t meet the mark for me, too salty 😥 I mixed it in a 40oz of water and it was still too intensive of a flavor. I prefer the tablets over the gatorlyte

This is his favorite sports drink flavor and he said this had a great and not super artificial flavor. He mentioned they made him stay more hydrated throughout his day and he’d also like to get them again. I’d recommend them, but the only dawn side is that it was a little hard to mix l thoroughly with the water.
