It is comparable to like liquid IV in terms of sodium and sugar content. I do like the liquid IV flavoring better but this one is good for a cheaper alternative.

Also, I like that it dilutes quickly on water, you don’t have to even shake it because of how quickly it dilutes on water. The packs are very convenient for traveling and that is something that I appreciate too.
