The sodium and potassium in the drink help me get back electrolytes from loosing in sweat. And the best thing is Zero Sugar. So awesome. I feel safe and healthy drinking it. They are easy to mix easily with water. So, ready to go and ready to drink l. I love orange.

I needed double that because the taste is strong to me. It's not bad. It tastes like orange. I just prefer less flavor. I used a big cup instead of a water bottle. But after drinking this I was very hydrated. I'm currently breastfeeding and staying hydrated is my number one goal. This helps me drink more liquids since I'm not just drinking boring water.

I buy packs of the gatorlyte bottles and Gatorade already so when I saw these packets arrive I was thrilled. Super easy to use and really help with liquid intake. Which I have a lot of trouble with. Normally I was the liquid iv packs but now that Gatorade gatorlyte come in packets I absolutely prefer these over liquid iv. I was shocked that these arrived because I genuinely had no idea they made these and it’s such a staple in our home. The orange def was not my top flavor tho, I prefer the strawberry kiwi but my kids loved the orange so I will continue buying. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good, slightly cheaper alternative to Liquid IV. If you like that one, the gatorlyte powder does an equally good job. The powder mixes well, and if you like the taste of orange gatorade you’ll like this. I’d be interested to try other flavors, as orange isn’t my fave, but I liked the powder enough to give it a go. Couldn’t tell if I was any more “hydrated” than usual but that’s the same as any alternative powder.

However, since I got and tried this Gatorlyte, no more dizzy and headache for me. I just make a big bottle with one powder packet, and I’m good for the day.

I’ve never been a fan of the taste of rapid rehydration products similar to this (they always seem over concentrated). I think in the event of illness or dehydration, I would reach for this product. But I would probably try a different flavor.
