I bought this about six months ago. The construction for two people was not bad; it was very doable. I love the fold-down shelves. I could not be more pleased with my selection and quality! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for year round and no grasshoppers can get to my goods!!

This is the third wood based greenhouse I have purchased and installed over the last 20 years. Learning from prior mistakes, the Zalie design and construction are well thought out, critical and non-critical pieces made of the proper size of wood, pre-drilled holes are perfectly aligned, supplies are sufficient to allow for mistakes and redo's (yes, I am human, I made a few mistakes). End product is great, solid and has enough room to meet the growing needs of our family.

We've had our Zalie greenhouse up and running for a few weeks and I am repeatedly reminded how happy I am with it. The quality of the materials, the attention to small details, the clarity of the instructions and the beauty of the overall design leave me convinced that I got a great value. It comes with everything you could want.

Bought this thing about one month ago. Assembly instructions were very good, and all pieces were very well marked. Two people minimum required at times to assemble and took about 60 manhours to complete. I have the fan hooked up to the high temperature control and added another temperature controller to bring on a heat lamp if temp drops below 60 degrees f. Plants are loving it. Wish the window had a screen to keep birds nd wasp out.

All in all it is nice but the Roof is poorly designed. The Flashing goes over the splices and creates this over 1/4" gap that water just runs under. There needs to be an overhang or something because in winter the water running down will just freeze. First rain and I regret purchasing.

We too had a roof leak. We also had pieces that were off in size which were the window seals. Not too small but too big! Ok, so we make it through all of that. Then once enclosed, we begin to notice the "sweet chemical smell." Strong! I am unsure what kind of wood this unit is made of but it isn't cedar and I DONT want the chemicals to leach into my plants! Maybe Willow? So, now, the exhaust fan. WILL NOT even come close to pulling out the heat due to the ONE vent being under the table opposite of the exhaust fan. The fan is NOT big enough. It needs to be at least a 1500, not a 620. Leaving the window and door open will require SCREEN if you want to keep critters and birds out. To make it a working greenhouse you will need to invest in a bigger exhaust fan, add another vent, put up drape screens you hang for the window and the door, a circulation fan, and a 70% Aluminet shade cloth grommeted panel. Mine has two shaded sides but still got up to 114 degrees in there! I called to discuss the issues but wasn't helped with the exhaust fan. Just said thanks for the feedback.

What a fun and perfect addition to the yard! This greenhouse is perfect! It's larger and with more features than greenhouses available "locally" (by mass distributors) for far more in price. Choose this company! They are so helpful and easy to work with and you will get more greenhouse for your money.

We bought this too replace a cheap greenhouse that we had had for about 12 years, and we are so pleased with it. Assembly takes several days, but each step is easy to understand and even easier to execute. We made a couple of mistakes with the direction of pieces, but they were easy to correct. The end result is beautiful and so practical -- it's like they've thought of everything.

I am thrilled with my new greenhouse. It recently was assembled and it is first class. Top materials plus the instructions were very easy to understand. I did have a professional working alone for 2 days to complete it. I can't say much more right now because I haven't put any plants inside it. I will in a few weeks post some photos. If anyone in the Philadelphia/ South Jersey area is thinking of buying a greenhouse Backyard Discoveries is the place and I have the perfect installer.
