I love this Greenhouse. It took me about six days to complete the construction, but I was doing it by myself, so had to do it in short spurts otherwise it would’ve only taken a few days. I had no trouble with the instructions, I thought they perfectly described every step in the construction process. I did need help putting the top panel on, because my husband and I both agreed that me doing ladder work wasn’t in my best interest 🤣 . Other than that, I had no issues, and if you’re looking for a small greenhouse, this is perfect.

I purchased my greenhouse this past spring and I cannot express enough how happy I am with the greenhouse. I had electricians come and install receptacles and a swag light for inside, and I have a light over the door! If you’re considering buying one, don’t hesitate any longer!

After enough weekends without enough time to set aside, my wife started building the kit with a few helping hands from myself and our daughter. She had an absolute blast building it. The project was fun a straightforward. The directions are easy to follow and all the parts are labeled well. She said it was like building legos for adults. Now we have the fun of growing our first season of plants and experimenting with solar. The whole family is excited for the possibilities.

I bought this Greenhouse in 2024 to house exotic plants and all of my pet reptiles. I have carnivorous plants, banana trees, and lots more plants. All of my plants and reptiles are all healthy and doing fantastic. Definitely recommend getting this Greenhouse.

Ok so a buddy and I assembled this over a weekend. Spent about 11 hours Saturday and 8 Sunday. I was waiting for the part that didn't fit or that was designed poorly but at every step I was saying to myself and my buddy wow this thing is incredible. I can't believe how well this is going together. I honestly expected a bunch of "stuff" that wouldn't line up or was just plain garbage. Boy was I wrong! This thing is exceptional, I would have expected it to cost 4 times what it does for this type of quality. I built it on 6"x6" pressure treated timbers that I lagged together with 4" angle iron gussets I made in each corner and then leveled on a gravel floor. I haven't calked it yet and it barely drips anything and we've had several heavy rains. So so impressed with this greenhouse! I did stain it inside and out so the cedar won't gray I also added custom shade cloth "drapes" on all the windows that should cut down on the heat in the summer. Again I"m just blown away with how well this thing went together and is designed! Next spring I'll be purchasing a gazebo from backyard discovery to put on the other side of the back yard. If your on the fence about this jump off now and get it!

I bought it about a month ago for my wife's bday and finally had a long weekend free over the 4th to build it. The written instructions are great. The quality and engineering of all the pieces and parts is high. It did take 2 of us 3 days to fully complete. The toughest part was silicone application to the roof.

I purchased the greenhouse during the summer on sale and with the help of great neighbors got it put together. Cold weather came early for us but thanks to this greenhouse and a small heater all my plants are doing well. I purchased this greenhouse for the layout, fan, water connection and style.

I bought this greenhouse for my wife in December 2023, Delivered in perfect condition in February 2024. We poured a concrete slab to build it on in April. What a great experience with Backyard Discovery. The greenhouse kit was in 8 different boxes with literally hundreds of wood pieces and hundreds of pieces of hardware. EVERY single item was clearly marked and easy to identify. They also included extra pieces of each type of hardware needed as well as any specialty screw bits or tools needed. In a world of companies doing the very minimum possible, it was quite refreshing to see a company go above and beyond to make sure that your project would go up without a hitch. Where most companies seem to careless after they get your money, Backyard Discovery actually cares about the quality of their product, AND the quality of the consumers experience in using their product. (serious golf clap for Backyard Discovery and their team). My wife and I took our time assembling the greenhouse, took about 2 and half days for us to complete the structure. We then covered all wood products with Penofin Clear Red Label Penetrating Brazilian Rosewood Oil (great stuff). Wife was going to be using it exclusively for hydroponic growing, so I installed many additional outlets on a GFCI. We also installed a stainless sink and reel hose. The sink didn't have a drain available in ground, so we drain into a 5 gallon bucket, that has a water pump inside with a float switch. So when she uses the sink the pump comes on and pumps the sink drain water out through a hose and into the yard. Since these photos were taken we have added a few extras. We were having a serious problem with heat, everything she was growing was bolting cause the Temp in June in So Cal was so hot that the temperature inside the greenhouse during the day would reach 125 degrees. All the vegetables she was growing were bolting. We first tried additional fans, didn't work. Then we tried an evaporative cooler, didn't work. We finally ended up with a combination of shade and AC. We installed a 10000 BTU wall AC unit which we keep set at 85 degrees. We installed shade panels in each of the ceiling bays on the inside of the greenhouse, and we installed a shade cloth that is mounted outside and shades our entire south facing wall. That combination seems to be solving our heating issues. Then for creature comforts we installed a porch light, interior work lights, padded flooring, and I know kind of cringe but we have a wall mounted TV for her to watch her shows while she gardens in her she shed. All in all, she's happy, I'm happy that she's happy. She has a real nice place to do what she loves, and I get a few fresh veges out of the whole deal. Thank you again Backyard Discovery!

This is so functional and at the same time very aesthetically pleasing. I needed it put together quickly so I hired a local professional to assemble it for me and he was very impressed with the kit and the ease of assembly. Very happy with my purchase. I would suggest putting your finish on before assembling or at least before you put the window panels and roof on.

After doing a little research, I decided this was going to be the best bang for our buck in terms of greenhouse kits. I’m happy to say I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Wonderful quality materials makes this seem like an incredibly sturdy little building. My husband reports the assembly directions were some of the best he’s seen. My only design critique is it would be great if there were two windows that open to allow for a cross breeze on hot days.
