I love that this is made from plants! For medical reasons I've had to cut a lot of carbs out of my diet, and this is a great solution. The carb count is the same, gram-for-gram, but using half the amount to get all of the sweetness is a win! The only downside to my purchase was that the resealable zipper that closes the bag stayed zipped and detached from the bag when I opened it. Now I have to be careful not to let it spill.
