The flavor is pungent, smooth and fresh. I use it both at the stove and as a marinade or dressing. It has a slightly fruity and peppery taste.

We use it for popcorn, sauteing, baking, etc. Wherever you need oil where it doesn't have to be EVOO.

The bottle of oil was left outside the house without a box covering it exposing the oil to the sun which is not good. Olive oil should not be exposed to light.

They keep raising the price and but the oil its still tasteless, i just buy it because they stopped selling the good one. Im spanish, i been using olive oil for 30 years and this one is tasteless just like sunflower oil.

This is my second bottle the first lasted close to a year.
